I'm disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency, and I feel like I didn't receive the service I expected based on the original quote. My family and I have purchased three vehicles with Enterprise at the Speedway location in Tucson. In 2017, I purchased my first vehicle with Enterprise, and it was such a smooth and easy experience that when my wife was ready to purchase a vehicle in 2024, we chose to work with Enterprise again. The experience with purchasing my wife's car was mostly smooth, but we did have our first encounter with the manager of this location, Robby. I don't have enough characters in this review to give all the details, but long story short Robby displayed aggressive behavior in attempting to strong arm my wife into paying for something Enterprise agreed to pay for on the day of sale. After reflecting on my most recent experience with Robby, this seems to be a tactic he frequently uses. Despite the initial encounter with Robby, we were still satisfied enough with our experience and the cars we purchased to recommend friends and family to utilize Enterprise for their car purchasing needs. We were so satisfied that we decided to utilize Enterprise for a third time in 2026 to trade in my first vehicle and purchase a newer one. The sales representative we worked with was fairly new at his job, but he was an overall pleasant person to deal with. The representative made representations consistently via text and verbally about the amount that would need to be paid for the vehicle at close. Based on what was represented and agreed on, we decided to purchase the vehicle outright without financing as we had done with our last vehicle in 2024. After spending many hours in the Enterprise office getting the paperwork together, we confirmed with the representatives several times that everything was in order before finalizing the sale. The purchase was completed May 13. Sometime before Independence Day, I noticed that on June 29th I had missed calls from a number I was not familiar with. I listened to the voice message left by the number and discovered it was the sales representative from Enterprise vaguely referencing the need for me to complete financing on the vehicle I purchased a month and a half ago. This was strange to me as we had paid for the car in full. The following days I was also sent text messages and on the 3rd of July, while I was on vacation, Robby began calling me and my wife. My wife attempted to call Robby back on the 5th but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. On the 6th my wife called Enterprise to figure out what was going on because it began to feel like some kind of scam was underway. Robby initially spoke with my wife and was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, speaking over her and insisting that we did not pay the full amount and actually owed them money. At one point my wife inquired why Enterprise was attempting to contact us over a sale which had been completed over a month and a half prior, and Robby falsely claimed that Enterprise had been attempting to contact us "for a long time." My wife corrected Robby that Enterprise had only contacted us within the last week, and Robby replied by stating "Oh I don't know I just found out about this recently." Which further fuels the suspicion that Robby is willing to obfuscate the facts to leverage the situation in his favor. His willingness to lie doesn't inspire confidence that he is representing the matter accurately. My wife attempted to communicate with Robby about the events prior, and he told us that his sales representative was new and made a mistake in how much he told us to pay. Robby began demanding we "make it right" and made claims of how "nothing in life is free" and we "have to pay what we owe." At this point my wife conferences me into the call and Robby grew increasingly frustrated with us, stating we needed "to make it right" implying we did something wrong during the sales process when clearly he was trying to shift blame for some mistake that was made on their end. Ultimately, we paid what was asked of us on the date of purchase, if there was a mistake on Enterprise's part, I'm unsure how I can "make it right", and I certainly don't appreciate being aggressively harassed on vacation or during my workday. I also don't appreciate Robby attempting to make it sound like I have done something morally wrong. I will never deal with Enterprise Sales in Tucson again as long as Robby is manager.

I went to get my car detailed at Cool Auto Detail, and I was left speechless. The employees there do an absolutely amazing job. I myself didn't know/think that certain stains could be removed off my car, including water spots of the windows and body, bugs removed off the front and back bumper, dirt off the rims, engine, rims, seals, etc. you name it. The first time I got my car detailed there, my car had looked like it got completely restored, the body and rims glistening under the sunlight, the black seals and tire looking vibrant with the body, and the interior completely cleaned, all the dirt, dust and stains were removed from every nook and cranny, not to mention it looked completely brand new, as if it just came out of the factory. But one thing, I can't not forget to mention is the staff, walking in I was greeted, by the manager and boss of the business as well as workers walking by and honestly these guys made me feel at home. Comfortable with what I said, and trusting them with my car, and being taken care of, they let me know what exactly/how my car was going to get detailed. Best decision I have ever made. Cool Auto made our Grandson the happiest kid on the block. For his 16th birthday present we took his 95 Chevy pick up to Cool Auto for a detail. The truck had not had a good cleaning in years. The staff was very friendly and informative. I brought the vehicle to them at 5pm, they accepted the truck even though I had not made an appointment. I used to buy and sell vehicles so have paid for a lot of bad details. When I returned to pick up the vehicle the NEXT day I could not believe my eyes. It was immaculate. Everything looked brand new even though it had 166,000 miles on it. Our Grandson was totally thrilled and impressed. He couldn't thank me enough. I was looking for a company to detail my vehicle and was referred to Cool Auto Detailing. I called a spoke with the owner Michael Moreno. I explained that I needed someone to pick my vehicle up, detail it and then return it to me. Michael said he usually doesn't do pick up and delivery but he made an exception for me. When Michael delivered my vehicle I was completely taken by surprise on what a beautiful job he and his staff had done. The vehicle is 9 years old and now looks better than it did in the showroom. We had our Toyota Tundra detailed after a six month journey to Alaska. We have a canine companion, so there was a moderate amount of hair to clean up. They spent the entire day on the vehicle. In fact, they had to stay after hours to complete the job. We were very impressed with the finished product. You could eat off the engine it was so clean. They even touch-up spray painted the wheel well areas and hitch receivers. They washed out the bed and did a great job on the interior. I've had multiple incidents with packrats damaging my engine. I've tried everything! I was thrilled to find folks who understand this issue and were able to thoroughly clean my engine and undercarriage, completely eliminating the packrat smell, which attracts more packrats. The owner is knowledgable of this issue, offering helpful advice. My engine looks spotlessly clean and I'm very hopeful that I've finally got all the bases covered. The staff at Cool Auto are always knowledgeable and friendly. They do great work! We've just had two of our cars detailed, specifically buffing out the old yellow and blurry looking plastic over the front headlights. You know what mean as headlight covers age due to the harsh sunlight and UV rays in Arizona. Just had the Subaru done today. I recently had my Fathers 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser Detailed. when I returned I looked at the vehicle over and was satisfied with everything with the exception of some minor scratches that were still in the hood area. I first went to cool auto detailing in 2009. Michael and his crew do the best detail job than any other auto detail shop in Tucson. Be sure to remove all items from the car, i.e., glove box, cup holder, etc., because every nook and cranny will get cleaned to detailed perfection! Cool Auto is the go-to service to get rid of messes under the hood created by rats. They steam clean it to remove all traces of the odor left by dropping and urine which attract the rats to come back after you clean out their nest. I called around to 3 other places, two of which never called me back with a quote. Donny, the owner at clear choice, was very helpful in explaining my options and when I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, he was able to bring the price down a little to be within budget. Everything about my interaction with Donny gave me the confidence that Clear Choice was the clear choice and I was right when I picked up my vehicle. They wrap the PPF around the corners and use high quality Xpel products. Everything looked perfect. Donny and his team were also able to remove two surface scratches that were there when I took delivery of the car and on top of that detailed the car and did a 6 month ceramic on the house!
