Bought an old car that was dirty and dropped it off for interior detail and outside detail but only one level above the basic. They were an hour and a half late than the expected time to be done. I showed up and they were still working on it. The outside looked good and yes, the interior looked better but it was already dark outside. It was a few days later when I had to adjust my seat that I realized trash under both front seats. For $215 I found this suspect and started to really look around. The carpets are still wicked stained but vacuumed. I expected to look a lot better than it was. I was going to call back but after reading reviews figured they might ask for more money, so I did not. I went into Pro Detail because of a pet urine accident and wanted to get rid of the odor. I met Art who owns the detail shop and we got into a conversation about my having had Covid and how ever time I use my AC I wind up getting reinfected. Art explained that I could completely wipe out all virus and bacteria hiding in my AC system by doing an ozone treatment. He put an ozone machine in my vehicle and ran it with the AC system on for 30 min and it worked! I can now use my AC again and I'm not getting reinfected by it. With summer coming I am so grateful to have met Art. He's super honest and charged me a fair rate for the service. He's got my business from now on. Definitely check this place out. Called in for an appointment to have my Audi Q5 detailed, we set an appointment for Monday and dropped it off for a wash and wax. I've had them do great work before for both of our SUVs but this time seems a touch better. As I did my walk around the wax job left the finish really smooth, the paint looked deeper, the windows were spotless. Overall the outside looked perfect, nicer and better than the day we drove it off the Audi lot. When I got inside the vehicle I was truly amazed at how well it was cleaned up with the leather seats, dash and console looking better than brand new. This was a great service. I did the full detail for $129. My car was filthy and had not been interior cleaned in well over a year, and the outside hadn't been washed aside from a hose-down in a long time. They made everything look beautiful, and they even managed to take off a bumper sticker I didn't want and got a chocolate stain out of my white seats. The single bad thing was that after I told them not to bother with the trunk since I had stuff in it, they put the sopping wet floor mats in there, which dripped dirty water onto my things. Otherwise, they were super friendly and did excellent work for a very fair price. I will definitely go back anytime I need service again. read more

Art is an amazing detailer. I doubt that my 29-year-old car's top engine had ever been cleaned before. I will be selling my car in the near future and I wanted to clean the engine. Oh my God, I was hoping that Art could clean it well enough to the point where the engine would not appear to have been so utterly neglected and no potential buyer would ever believe that it had been maintained regularly. When Art was through with the engine cleaning, I didn't recognize my own engine. It was clean - the hood, the wires, the tubes, all the metal, the everything - was clean.
