John and his Daughter showed up and got right to work, John did some extra tasks that helped to make my RV look even better at no extra charge, he also does a hand wax which is much better than spray on polymer that many detail companies use, which does not last as long. I called around a bunch of mobile people and there were all kinds of stipulations like access to my water and stuff. John brought all his own stuff. Shortly after John left I realized my battery was dead, totally unrelated to his work. John very graciously returned and jumped my car.
