I've had my eye on this brow technician for a while, but she's always booked (which now I totally understand why!). I finally got an appointment, and I'm so happy with the service. I wanted to have my brows tattooed again because it had faded but Rachelle advised against it unless I redid the whole thing. I respect her expertise and went with the lash curl. A few months later I tried another salon closer to home but had a terrible experience so now I'm back and will never go anywhere else. I decided to do nano blading as a gift to myself for my 40th birthday, and also because I was tired of filling in my eyebrows multiple times a day. I decided on brow expressions because after reviewing a couple other places, Cynthia was the most responsive and engaging. This was my first time doing semi permanent makeup and I was definitely worried I was making a huge mistake. However Cynthia was very patient when shaping my brows the way I wanted them, informative, and very pleasant during the while procedure. When I came in for my touch up a few weeks later we addressed the areas I wanted adjusted and that also went smoothly. There are a couple spots that could use a 3rd touch up but I think I'm happy with them just the same, hence 4/5. Thank you for a great first experience!

She was so thorough and conscientious about making sure I liked the shape and color of my brows. :) I don't usually wear any makeup and I wanted my eyebrows to look makeup-less as well. I also don't look like I have a tattoo. I told my friends I'd had my brows done and they were all surprised; when I had them look very closely at my eyebrows to see the detailed hair strokes, my gf said "this is such a flex". Abby was super sweet and checked up on my healing process. Two years later, my eyebrows are still looking great! Having my eyebrows done here really made me feel more comfortable in my appearance. This can be hard to do, especially since I have ethnic hair and about a decade of vivids, henna color, and other experiments in my hair. I came in with blue and purple fun hair. This is my hair after two sessions and she's done a great job delivering on Grey blending. She found an ashy beige that would work with blending in with my silvers. She really understands color. Rizza also has very chill energy and listens to your requests. I also needed to handle personal medical stuff during my appointment and she was very helpful about it.

Her Fresha notice system keeps careful track of appointments, but apparently, it does not remind her. Over the past couple of years, I can count on one hand the number of times when she has shown up on time for an appointment. I used to find this amusing -- she would send me messages and explain traffic or personal challenges -- but this week, she simply failed to show up at all for two separate appointments. She redid the Eyebrows the second time they were ok a month later went back for a touch up she did them so dark and shaded in areas that my eyebrows are thick, they don't fit my face at all.
