I feel taken advantage of. I was supposed to get a fine line tattoo for the first time. I was over charged and it was not done well at all. the tattoo was supposed to be shaded in and it's missing spots. I brought this up with vanessa who was my tattoo artist. I got my eyebrows done on April 27,21. My appointment was at 2:30 originally but Cynthia wrote it wrong on her notes and I waited on the sidewalk for half an hour. My anxiety wanted me to leave, "if she messed up on something so easy that was written down and she have you the time, she can mess up more". Shut up brain, I payed a non refundable deposit of $100, we are staying lol. Cynthia was very nice and she was training her assistant, I didn't know this at the time I booked the appointment. I didn't even know what the procedure entitled. All I knew it was that I was gonna love the results, lol (that is what everyone that got it told me, and if I look things on youtube, then I don't do them, lol). I got done my eyebrows (shading and blading) and my teeth whitened. Cynthia did an AMAZING job on my brows!!!! And got my teeth to their whitest (they were already a nice color but I never gotten them done so I wanted to do that). I am gonna be totally honest, she did an awesome job. I am not used to going to places without a receptionist (I used to be one at a spa, and I kept that place running so perfectly). I do not know the manners, how do you check in? How do they know in there? I didn't get a reminder the day before and I didn't have her number, just communicated via yelp lol. Wished I knew that my appointment was going to be half an hour late. Both treatments took 5 1/2 hours, don't know if that is normal or was it cause she was training someone while I was getting the treatment done. Personally, this treatment is more invasive that I thought. The noises during the procedure wanted me to get up an run. Cynthia was very awesome and was letting me know what to expect as she was doing it. I did let her know that I have anxiety (since I was a child, so I know how to hide it, I hope lol). The worst part for me was the aftercare. I did it perfectly but not again, lol, I can't sleep in my back for that long or barely wash my face. 4/5 stars for my brows. 5/5 stars for experience. Now that most of my scabbing has fallen off, I feel confident enough to give this experience the final rating. I decided to do nano blading as a gift to myself for my 40th birthday, and also because I was tired of filling in my eyebrows multiple times a day. I decided on brow expressions because after reviewing a couple other places, Cynthia was the most responsive and engaging. This was my first time doing semi permanent makeup and I was definitely worried I was making a huge mistake. However Cynthia was very patient when shaping my brows the way I wanted them, informative, and very pleasant during the while procedure. When I came in for my touch up a few weeks later we addressed the areas I wanted adjusted and that also went smoothly. There are a couple spots that could use a 3rd touch up but I think I'm happy with them just the same, hence 4/5. Thank you for a great first experience! read more

I had my brows done today by Cynthia and I LOVE THEM! I was so nervous about it being a painful process, but I didn't feel even the smallest amount of discomfort. She uses a gel that numbs your skin a few times during the process! I was also really concerned to have permanent done that I would hate. But she shows you every step of the way as she maps your face and decides which color would be best. You can always have 100% input! I love my brows. It's only day one, so I understand there's a healing process. I can't wait to see how beautiful they look when they are all healed up. Also, I just want to state for the record that I'm almost 61 years old. So if you're a middle-ager like me don't be afraid! You'll love having brows again! I had super light/thinning brows and decided on the nano brow combo (nano brows with light shading). The nano brows look awesome, just like natural hairs, making your brows look naturally fuller. And she's super sweet. My 2 hour appointment went by quickly and towards the end, I asked her to retouch a couple areas and she did it with a great attitude. She went back as many times as it took for me to feel happy. That's so important because some artists feel like they know best what you should like. She drafted the most complimentary and natural looking eyebrows for my face and I couldn't be happier. After years of reading about this procedure and envying perfect eyebrows, I can now say I love mine! I let them grow for over a year, but they still didn't look right. There were bald areas, they were too light and uneven and it took too long to shade them in every morning. After seeing Cynthia, I wake up with the most beautiful, ready to go out eyebrows. They took about a week to heal. The 7-10 day healing process was the most inconvenient part of this, but well worth it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Friends told me my eyebrows looked great even when they were super dark before scabbing. They've since lightened to the most natural brunette color (thanks to Cynthia's great eye and color mixing), and even though I haven't retouched them, they're fine the way they are now. I had my first teeth whitening experience with Cynthia. She is very nice and made me feel at ease. My results turned out amazing (way better than I expected). I thought it would just improve by 4-5 shades, but my result was 10-12 shades whiter. I was very impressed and plan to continue to do this procedure (recommend every 6 months). The process was 4 - 15 mins session and in between each session you rinse out your mouth. The only uncomfortable part is having the mouth piece in for 15 mins and having to swallow with it in, but that's a given.
