I know your struggling as a single mom and as a business small business so I'm gonna offer what I've learned from A professional entrepreneur in the beauty business that is by the books and ethical in her business practices. I'm adding some pictures of items you should be using or examples I believed those big bottles of ink you are using is meant for permanent tattoos which should not be used on lips. I also believe that is a violation. And the fact that you used a plastic mascara brush on my lips for the application of the hemorrhoid cream and numbing lotion is unclean and also maybe a violation. My question is why would you use a plastic mascara brush for application of a liquid and are you reusing them to save money because I think you might be using the ink to save money as well since you're supposed to be using semi permanent on lips. I would give a zero star review if I could. My brows are ruined and I'm devastated. I requested nano blading, which I have now found out was not done. Instead, Salena did a combination brow. It was done very dark and very different than our initial markup. I was not given the opportunity to approve of the color, which was much too dark for my fair skin and light hair. When I was unhappy with the shape, color and thickness, Salena said that would all change over time. I then consulted multiple brow artists who told me the size would change very little and that the shape would never compliment my face. Each of them suggested that I remove the brows right away. On top of the original $850 investment, I paid $300 for removal. The procedure was incredibly painful probably 10 times more painful than nano blading I had years ago. The lady who removed them told me that tattoo ink does not belong on the eyebrows. All the feedback I was given was that it was not a professional job, was not professionally done, and the things I was told to expect were flat out lies. I don't believe most of the pictures are on here are her actual work. I tried to get my money back and she refused. This was a very expensive lesson for me and I suggest you don't make the same mistake. Do your due diligence. There are people out there posting other people's work. Edited: Sadly, this photo is unedited. It's what it looked like immediately after. I have videos of myself crying if anyone would like ti see them, to show that this was the actual result. I did not leave happy. I told Salena that I was unhappy with the boxiness and the thickness. She did try to remove a portion of the boxy transition by using the same procedure she is saying is unsafe. It didn't change a thing. I asked for nano blading. I didn't get that. I wanted natural. I didn't get that. I wanted to approve the color. I didn't get that. read more

This review is so over due. Salena was magnificent in correcting the color of my brows that I had done years ago by another artist which faded and turned grey over time. For the first treatment, Salena helped to correct the brow color (she warned me ahead of time these would be orange). After a few weeks she added the nano strokes in a warm brown color which turned out so natural and beautiful. It's been a few months now and the brows are still fresh and sharp. A few years ago I had microblading done on my brows that ended up fading into blue/ grey blotchy patches and uneven lines. After spending wasted hours and dollars on several pomades, tints and pencils I decided to research on finding a trustworthy, confident and professional eyebrow technician. I talked to, texted, and even did consultations, but they were very limited in either experience, limitations of procedures, or confidence of favorable outcome. And then I found Selena!! She had several great reviews from customers and even other technicians that could not perform the procedure, At the consultation she was very sweet, honest and very confident in her work and capability. BINGO! She gave me the trust and reassurance I had been searching for. She did the correction that no one else could or would not do right at the consultation and after the healing process, I will go back so that she can do the nano strokes procedure. I normally don't post reviews but I really felt the need to share this experience. I got my brows done back in Sept/Oct and I was told that I was going to receive the latest and greatest in technology and ombré brows to soften the color of my brow. I was told a 2nd session may be needed to enhance the hair strokes in front of brows. I was initially quoted $499 which seemed normal to me as I have had MicroBlading before. After the in person consultation that price went way up. I ended up spending $800. After the first session there was no ombré at all the color on the tail of brow was way off and harsh looking like a regular body tattoo. The lines even appeared crooked. I shared this with the artist and she had me come in for another session continually saying this is normal. It wasn't normal for what I've experienced before, especially considering how much money I'd spent. I wasn't charged for the 2nd visit, but that 2nd session was uncomfortable. It seemed she was annoyed she was servicing me without charge and she was much more rough on my skin than the previous session. I've never had such discomfort in MicroBlading before. Now a few months later my brows look awful. Still harsh lines on the tails and the center of tail isn't shaded and there is no ombré. I still correct my brows everyday with makeup. Huge waste of $800. So disappointing. I do not recommend. read more
