After some "nice" person left a baseball size dent in my Mercedes without leaving a note I decided to try The Dent Whisperer. Good reviews here and I figured it was worth having him take a look before spending thousands in repairs or making a claim on my insurance. Keith met me at my house at 5 pm (which was the earliest that I could get home from work) and spent 1.5 hours working out the dent. I am so amazed at how it turned out that I'm having him come back this Friday and remove two small dings and a large dent from my wife's minivan. The price was awesome and I highly recommend Keith! Kieth showed up on a Wednesday 2 1/2 weeks ago. He patched up the dent/scratch on my trunk then decided it needed a little paint so I paid him for the paint and then didn't see him again for a week & a 1/2. He spent about 5 whole minutes on it and bailed. At first it looked OK, but the next day the repair was obvious. The paint did not blend in at all. No clearcoat was applied. Plus there were spots that looked like part of the repair that had not been damaged! I called him up & he told me it just needed to be buffed out in a few days, he'd be back Monday. But he didn't. He didn't even call. He didn't answer his phone. He ignored my texts. On Friday I sent him a text saying that if he was done with my car, then I would post my review. Finally, I got a response - he said he was on vacation and called me an a***ole. I would NOT recommend Kieth! read more

What a joke, had an appointment with him for over a week, never responded the day of service to confirm he was coming out and just no showed

Barely deserves 1 star. I had scheduled twice with Keith and he said he was coming over and a complete no show on both occasions. He did not call to let me know he wasn't coming. In both situations, I had to call him to find out where he was when he didn't show. I had waited all weekend for my 2nd appointment and after sending him multiple pictures of the dent, there was zero reply. Obviously completely unreliable and a complete waste of time. He seems to randomly show up when he feels like it without any consideration for his client's schedules or plans to meet with him. read more

Paid the guy close to $2,700 and he did half of the work and blew me off after about 6 months I had to hire someone else to finish the work and then of course this guy tries to lie about every detail he can because he doesn't want to pay me back but he did offer to come out which he had offered to come out more times then I can count and didn't show up. I was apprehensive about hiring him because he showed signs early on of no follow through but I have several friends that have recommended him to me. I believe he does good work sometimes but I just got to be the lucky one to get the short end of the stick which makes no sense as I did 4 years for retaliating on a so called friend that robbed me and attacked me when I wasn't looking with a weapon. I lost a lot of money doing that time so now I don't do that kind of stuff and I have a good life because of that. Anyways don't pay anyone in full until the jobs done no matter what. I needed paintless dent removal of 2 smallish dents & couldn't find anyone locally or that drove down to Santa Maria area from SLO. Keith responded quickly, fortunately was going to be in my area same day & worked me into his schedule. He was polite, friendly, very informative about my particular car's body & precautions I should take, & most importantly--he made the dents in my brand new Subaru disappear for a reasonable price! Kieth did a great job with a 22 inch dent in the hood of my hyundai elantra. he showed up, worked hard, and delivered a great repair. He quoted a 80% improvement, but it looks 95% better. Keith, in my opinion, works magic. I had a very large dent, larger than a football helmet in my front bumper, a small dent in back fender, and a long dent/scrape along the passenger side of my car, all occurring in a parking lot (hit and run) at different times. He came to my house, worked about 2 hours, and was able to repair and touch up paint, and they look perfect. His charges were a fraction of what I would have paid in a regular body shop. In fact, a couple of hundred dollars less than my insurance deductible. read more
