This morning, I was under the impression all three kids had appointments at 8:20, but when we arrived, we found out one of the appointments was actually scheduled for 10:00. As a busy parent, that gap was concerning. Cass, one of the hygienists, overheard my concern and immediately stepped in, saying, "No problem, we'll accommodate you and I'll take your son right now." That level of initiative and care was incredible. She didn't wait to be asked she simply saw a problem and solved it. It speaks volumes about the teamwork and leadership in this office. The front desk is always helpful and accommodating as well. We truly appreciate the care our family has received here and highly recommend Dr. O'Connor and her amazing team!
