She sat in the vestibule of the grocery store from 9 a.m. until 1:34 p.m. when police were dispatched. Officers called Hellenic Senior Living to let them know she was left there and they said there was NOTHING they could do about it :( OMG! I would be finding a new care facility! This is unacceptable! at 1:54 p.m. the officer was transporting her back to the facility. How sad is this???? Do not place anyone at this facility. ....omg, so sad! She sat there without anyone realizing she was missing for over 4 hours. She had not eaten, used a restroom or had anyone care for her except for a decent human being that noticed she had been sitting there for quite some time while they shopped.

There are many activities to keep her engaged and meals are good with options should she not want what is the choice of they day. Staff are very nice and engage with the residents. I know that when the time comes and she needs more care like assisted or memory care, she has the best options in her current community where she can keep her friends.
