I typically say hello and go fill up my water, put in my info and exit saying thank you-never had any issues in this establishment. I.e. today I entered with an empty can and before greeting me she said "the trashcan is at the end of the block" I asked if she had a trashcan bc it's empty and she said they don't take trash from outside, which I know is false bc I've used the trashcan behind the desk previously.

I bought a water pump for $33 , when I showed that to my wife who was in the parking lot in the car, she felt it was over prized, I went back a min later to return the item, the shop person quoting compnay policy did not want to take back. They have plenty of options like oxygenated water, alkaline, and spring plus plenty of posters on the wall that describe the benefits of them. Every employee I've come across has been friendly and polite, especially Bryant! I asked him how much it would be and he said for both bottles it would be $10. I asked them if the price is that because it's alkaline water. He said that it's just regular water. That price is ridiculous! The gentleman was kind, but $10 for two 5 gallons is too steep. I went elsewhere, closer to home and paid $10 to fill up four 5 gallon bottles.

Always willing to help. Place is a standard size with all the water machines working perfectly. Clean, and has a 24/7 kiosk machine right outside of the main entrance for your convenience. Also, a refill station. They sell from one gallon to up to five gallons of water. Clear bottles and filtered. Also, sell water coolers & honestly their water is VERY delicious! We always get our bottles filled from Water Plant. Healthy for you and the environment!! Not expensive and you get what you pay for. They have at least 5 or more different types of water: all types of Purified water, Alkaline, Ionized water, Distilled water and more... They will also deliver to your home/office, and to your car. I've been paying for water delivery through Sparklettes for their Mountain valley water for more than 5 years. The price seems to keep going up. The water plant is a gem! They've saved me so much money from switching to getting my bottles refilled. I will never look back. The place is very clean. They have all the water supplies you will need. There's not much parking. It's located inside a small plaza.
