I recently moved to the area, and as someone who is sensitive to the taste of water (yes, water has taste!) I had to try out the local water refilling stations. Eco H2O caught my attention since they have a variety of water. Parking was fairly easy since they have a few reserved spots (yay, no walking 5 gallons halfway across a large plaza) but you may find trouble if you are on the side of the In-N-Out line. Some of their water selections include the energy structured water (minerals and no minerals), a special Kangen (Japanese), and oxygenated to name a few. I probably missed one or two, but they have something for everyone. My personal favorite is the energy structured water without minerals - to which the staff member at the time laughed at me. Apparently people buy these for their pets, since pets can't handle the minerals... ;_; Welp, regardless, this is the one that tastes best to me. It's clean, pure, and smooth like how (I think) water should be. They have a variety of bundles, where you can pre-purchase many gallons for a small discount. Their fee structure was attractive since they were all multiples of 5. What I enjoyed was that they let you sample all the different types of water before you commit and even have sampling cups! My one gripe was that to fill up a water bottle or two, I had to pay the price of a full gallon... not the biggest inconvenience but not the best way to invite new customers - though regardless business is business, I guess. read more

Love this place been coming for years BUT Maria has always had the nastiest attitude, possibly bc I'm a woman of color but no idea. She's always VERY talkative and friendly with others. I've never thought to yelp about it but she's rude, and I have no clue why. Very cut and dry with me over the years and I dread seeing her when I come to get water. I typically say hello and go fill up my water, put in my info and exit saying thank you-never had any issues in this establishment. I.e. today I entered with an empty can and before greeting me she said "the trashcan is at the end of the block" I asked if she had a trashcan bc it's empty and she said they don't take trash from outside, which I know is false bc I've used the trashcan behind the desk previously. read more

If you're a kinda a health nut, which I am. Alkaline water is a requirement. It also just tastes delicious folks. Also, Maria is the sweetest human and store-owner, so they let's begin with that. I absolutely adore amaze customer service. There is reserved parking, and I usually head-in with a three gallon jug. After an extended hike, this is all I need: a refreshing sip of alkaline, filtered water baby. The cool portion, is the technology which distinguishes Maria's business model. I pre-pay for like 25 gallons. And every time I visit to refill water, I head to the computer screen and enter my password and deduct gallons from my pre-paid account. Easy as chillin' w/ Netflix. We always enjoy having clean fresh water. Our old place of water gold was closed so had to find another location. This is one location that fit the bill. Tamara was the one that assisted. Its a great ace that has five different types of water to choose. There is a spot to clean your bottle, then there are different stations where you are able to fill your bottle with liquid gold. You are also able to get samples as well. One of the best parts about this location is it is also near some great restaurants, so once you fill your bottle of liquid gold,you can grab a great bite to eat. They also sell bottles at this location fro. The smallest for on the go to five gallons. If your looking for great service and great water, this is the place. read more

This was written in the middle of the coronavirus lock-down effecting all of Los Angels. We've been buying our water from this place for years, and will likely remain doing so. We we're already fans, but now more so than ever. They have really taken their mission of clean and healthy water to heart. When I entered I was offered disposable gloves and hand sanitizer. The basic water purchasing was the same, only now the staff is careful to wipe down nobs between visits, especially if someone doesn't use gloves. The hours may not be the same as listed here so don't be afraid to call in advance. Quality service and a nice emphasis on safety is refreshing. read more

Have been going here regularly for the past 2 years. Great water, great prices, friendly staff. They close an hour early on Saturday, and Sundays are only open from 12-3:30pm. Do yourself a favor (if you haven't already) and make the switch from bottled water-- which is inferior water, and not healthy if you're buying water sold in plastic bottles or re-using non-BPA-free plastic bottles. ECO has great BPA free containers, and has further discounts on water if you use a digital account code and buy in bulk. It also makes buying water really easy-- fill your water containers, use your code, and you're good to go without having to deal with money or credit cards except when you refill your account. read more

Nuh uh. I won't come back here. Too damn expensive! Alkaline water ain't that boughie that I need to pay almost $2 for a gallon refill. Especially not when I can get it for $1 a few miles away. The price varies depending on the pH you want - higher the pH, higher the price. I believe 11 was around $2.50 per gallon. Thank goodness I had enough coins at the bottom of my purse to get me the lowest alkaline pH option! Yes, the shop is very clean, bright and spacious, well stocked with bottles and supplies, multiple water options at various pH levels, and the owner is a doll. She's beyond helpful and friendly. I guess it's safe to say that some ppl don't mind paying a premium for these bells and whistles. I'm just not one of them. Nothing at all wrong with the shop or the water. It really is the price that keeps them from being 4 or 5 stars in my book. read more

Reverse osmosis water is the best water that you could possibly drink. I'm an athlete and I work out multiple times a day . I used to drink filtered tap water and I didnt give the water I drank very much thought. I always thought that it was the same as bottled water and it just isn't. I cut 2 min on my run time and increased my athletic performance . This water is clean water and you can rest assure that your putting the very best in your body. I dont reccomend the Kegan water as they have done studies and kegan water is actually bad for you. The oxygenated water really isn't anything special. All you really need is the reverse osmosis water , that's my recommendation read more

let me start by saying i've been a customer here for almost a decade but after today i'll now start driving out of my way to give my business somewhere else. the i usually fill about 25 gallons each visit so today i had some extra water and poured it in the cleaning container. apparently you can't do that so she asked me not to which of course i did! she then literally continued to yell at me about reading signs and drones on and on. like okay lady my bad i get it but at this point your beating a dead horse. upon me inputting my info she again scolds me for filling alkaline instead of oxygenated water, mind you i paid extra then what it even costed and due probably that that over pay fact no one has ever cared before. this is all ironic because when i was filling up today i was thinking how downhill and dirty the place has gotten over the years as their now mold in between the tiles and it's just looking over all dingy. they had a good run but unfortunately they haven't kept their business up to par. read more

I was about to give this place 3 stars for their water quality vs their pricing but then I purchased a 72oz water bottle from them at the steep price of $7.50 (to save me the trouble of getting it at Target or $2.99). After 45 days, the bottle had a slight crack in it that water was leaking out of so I went back and asked for an exchange (not even a refund). They would not give me an exchange, so I will never go back to this place, nor endorse it to others. I hope they enjoy their $7.50, because it will cost them hundreds in lost purchases from me. Also do not buy an air purifier from them. They guy tried to sell me a used one for $400 and I found the exact same model on Amazon for $169. This place rips you off! read more

Ive been buying water here for years thinking I was getting alkaline water. I recently got some ph strips from the drug store to test some things around my house. I tested the water I had just gotten from ECO h20 and it turned out to be very acidic! I tested it a few more times with fresh water from the store and it all came back acidic! Very disappointed and angry that I've been buying this water thinking it was something that it isn't. read more

i believe they have a good potential to become very popular water store in LA. I've tried a couple other stores but their water is definitely better. I wish they take the influence of internet more seriously and build a well-informative and nice looking website so that people like me can tell other people easily with more confident. Since they have 5 different types of water, it would be great to learn about them through the website so that you know exactly what you are buying and also I can decide which one I should buy before going to the store. After all it's just water, you don't want to spend too much time at the store wondering. Also Instructions to buy the water at the store will potentially lead to create more new customers. Washing water bottles before buying water, buying the water bottles at the store will give you one free full of the water, you can taste it before buying it, create an account... etc. Knowing those info beforehand will make new customers more comfortable. Water business actually become very mature business but there is not yet somebody like Starbucks or Pinkberry in the industry emerged. they could be the one if they try.....? read more
