We felt the items for water pumps are over priced . I understand if they dont accept returns for water.. but for packaged products like water pump. I bought a water pump for $33 , when I showed that to my wife who was in the parking lot in the car, she felt it was over prized, I went back a min later to return the item, the shop person quoting compnay policy did not want to take back. I had not even left the parking lot. The owner later contacted to offer the refund. read more

I've been coming here to fill up on spring water for several months, and it's always been super easy to get in and get out. There's a station to wash out your water jugs which is super helpful. They have plenty of options like oxygenated water, alkaline, and spring plus plenty of posters on the wall that describe the benefits of them. Every employee I've come across has been friendly and polite, especially Bryant! The water here is great! I really want to love this place but I hate that it is self service in here. I've been to water stores that will wash, fill and take your water out to the car. I have a small baby and I can't fill up more than a 5 gallons when I come. I have to wash, fill and put it into my car without any assistance while holding a baby. They need to get carts here and start bringing the water out to the cars. I use to work at a water store as a teenager and part of my responsibilities there was taking water to the customers car. Overall, the water here is great but not so much the customer service. Hopefully they add taking water out to your car as part of the service soon so mothers, the elderly or those that need assistance can get assistance bringing water to their cars. read more

I love this water place! Although I come here to get the high quality spring water, what really keeps me coming back again and again is the beautiful soul who works here. His name is Bryant and he has a way of making you feel so comfortable and welcome with his warm, bright personality. Not only is he a shining light, but he also goes above and beyond to help the customers. Today he brought the cart over to where I was filling my waters, helped me get the cart out the door, and ran outside to retrieve the cart once I had loaded the waters, all without me asking! It brings me joy every time I walk into this shop and see his smiling face. I've been a Water Plant customer for 5-6 years now and I can't imagine living my life without The Water Plant! I've gotten my boyfriend and friends obsessed with this place and we are all so thankful they exist! This location in Sherman Oaks is great because there is always parking either in the front on Burbank, or in their back parking lot. The staff is always so kind and welcoming and the owners Paula and Leslie do an excellent job at maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, positivity, and professionalism. The water itself is so pure and clean and I can 100% feel a difference when I drink their water verses drinking bottled water when out of town. We are big fans of the Kangen H2O, the Alkaline water, and the Oxygen water! We also buy the Spring water just for my little leopard gecko! If you only knew how disgusting LA tap water is you will thank the heavens The Water Plant exists! I have an at home water distiller that I use to distill water for my at home humidifiers and after running it 5 hours for a steam, the residue of what's in the tap water is sooooo nasty! First time in here and the gal working was very helpful and informative. I started buying water when I moved to the valley and live in an old house with old pipes so tap water, while I'm not above it, isn't so great. They have a great selection of pure filtered, alkalized, and kangen with many spouts. While I was in there 5 or 6 people came in so I know it's a regular spot for people that live around here and most of them knew the person working, which tells me she's there regularly. Note that the hours posted on yelp are not accurate and they have updated Covid hours (12-6 most days). I went around 4 and got my jugs filled and loaded in less than 30 minutes. read more

We bought a water container. when we got home we found out there was leaking in the trunk where we put the container. (Which reasulted in high cost damage to the car) In the beginning we thought the cap was not put on right, so we went back to the store. At the store they promised to help us and have someone call us back about the situation. We put more water is the container and went back home. At our house we notices leaking from the container all over the floor.. We went back to the store explaining the situation wanting to get help but again the lady there told us that the owners aren't here and they'll get back to us. After a few emails and trying to contact the store owners with no success We are very disappointed with the customer service. And the low quality product. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: So I have been a big fan of this place ever since I discovered Kangen water and the amazing-ness of it! I was so interested when I had a chance to speak to the store owner and she explained to me exactly how they filter their water and why it is so much cleaner and healthier than tap or bottled water. She was nice enough to even show me the machines they use and all the gross stuff that gets pulled out of our tap water (like fluoride, chlorine, algae, and even pesticides and pharmaceuticals - YUCK). I am all about being informed and knowing exactly what I am putting into my body so I went out and bought my own complete water testing kit to check the results out for myself and wow I feel even happier now that I have discovered this store and Kangen water. BTW NOT sponsored in any way. Thought I would post my results on here to share. Here are the results of my water test that tested 10 common contaminate problems in our drinking water - chlorine, copper, iron, nitrate & nitrite, PH, Hardness, Alkalinity, lead, pesticides, & bacteria. Tested negative for lead Negative for pesticides High alkalinity (I think it's actually higher than what I circled in the photos) 0 chlorine 0 iron 0 copper 0 nitrate and nitrite Water Hardness - standard for healthy water PH 8-9 Their water is really what the advertise it to be. CLEAN, SAFE & maybe even healthiest water on the market compared to bottled water and the water that comes out of LA tap. I wanted to post these results on here because I wanted to share them with other people who are interested in bettering their lives and consuming safe and healthy drinking water for themselves and their families. Love what these woman do and love speaking to them every time I go in to refill on water because you can tell they are really passionate about what they do & care about public health and safety. Will always be getting my drinking water from here, as long as I live in Los Angeles. BTW these results are for Kangen water - I have yet to test the other waters they offer but I was also told they run it through the same system the main differences would probably be the PH & alkalinity :) Still running my bacteria test as it takes 48 hours to do but I'm sure they will also come out negative too - I'll update this review when they're out! read more

We been filling our gallobs of water from this water plant lol since they OPENED! AND me and my husband never been this excited fill out water but the Staff has made this spot a nice " rest stop" for your , the place fills cool and airy you can either help yourself and fill your gallons or ask staff too. Been going here since October 2020. It's the only place i buy my water at. Easily the best tasting water I've ever drank- i prefer the structured spring and oxygenated. The store is always clean & the staff always remembers me. They're very friendly to talk with. The sister store to the water plant on Laurel Canyon and Moorpark, this location has much better parking. As much as I love supporting The Studio City location, this is my go-to water shop. Parking in the front and in the back and there's never a problem getting a spot. Didn't even know this place existed until Amazon stopped delivering my UPS packages. Had a wonderful experience with the lady wearing cute glasses. Never thought about my drinking water until she politely offered me a gallon at no charge. I drive an hour to get water from this location because it has great tasting water and it's always clean. Today I was disappointed in their cleanliness. There were no clean towels to dry the wet trolley or clean the water station. I asked the lady working if I could please get some towels and before she handed any over to me she asked that I hand the towels back to her after I use them so she can air dry them for reusing. I dried up the trolley and the water station and both towels were very wet so I put them in the dirty towel bin. After filling up 2 of my 4 bottles she asked me if I had the towels I told her they are in the bin. She instantly sounded upset and told me that this is why she had asked me to hand them back to her and she pulled both towel out of the bin. I told her that is not sanitary especially now during Covid and she processed to tell me that it gets expensive having to wash towels. I did witness a lady cleaning up the wet trolley and the store employee reach out for the towel and she went ahead and laid it out on the counter to air dry. I highly hope this is not their cleaning procedure. read more

What a great gem hidden in the valley. I tried Agua Vida water delivery service and had the worst experience. But coming here made a world of a difference. Yes they don't deliver like Agua Vida but the friendliness of the staff is worth getting my water on my own. Hands down the best water in the valley. It's turned me into a total water snob. They have a wide variety of water to choose from. You can't go wrong with any of them!
