Thank you, Brian, for taking great care of us from Day 1!!!! We are in love with our new floors. Thank you for always being available when we had questions! (I know we had tons!) The only thing we regret is not having your installers on the job. Ours took a little longer than we had in mind, but still happy w/ the results! We will definitely spread the word! Thanks again!

I am extremely impressed with ENMAR! Brian is a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional and did excellent work. Our floors look amazing! We had recently bought a house and wanted to put wood in the two front rooms and master bedroom. I had no idea what the process was going to be, and Brian did an excellent job letting me know what to expect. We had originally been interested in Bamboo, and Brian explained to us how that was not a great choice for our desert climate. This made me feel like I had made the right choice because other places might have said, "ok whatever you want" just to make money. I knew that Brian was upfront and honest and not just going to tell me what I wanted to hear. I wanted someone who really knows wood, and Brian is that person. Most highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and responsive. Jhoan did a beautiful job in my home office. Prices were competitive and the knowledge of wood flooring from Armando and the staff is top notch. They provided several options to get the floor height level with the stone tile in the hallways. I selected a thicker rubber underlayment. They removed and replaced my baseboards. There was one minor issue I noticed later, but the team responded right away to address it. Overall I am very happy with the results and would definitely use Enmar again for any flooring work in my home.

We choose Enmar due to the good reviews and talking with Brian. His pricing was good and he answered all our questions. He let us take multiple samples home as well to identify the best one for us and our house. The installers were great. Did an amazing job all around including cleaning. We have two more rooms to do and will be using an enmar again this year.

    Perfect cuts on baseboards

We used Enmar to install hardwood into some previously carpeted areas. The price was reasonable, Brian was professional and transparent, and the installers did an incredible job . We couldn't be happier with the new floors!

Great company. We did engineered hardwood on our entire second floor (Except bathrooms), stairways and a guest room on the first floor. Armando took care of planning/managing our job and he did an excellent job. He is really knowledgeable about floors, and he never tried to sell one product over another. He answered ALL our questions and addressed all of our concerns. The installers, one of them named Carlos, worked fast, clean, and were very punctual. In addition, they explained every little detail of the installation as they went through. When they were finished, they left everything super clean. In addition they moved furniture around which a lot of other companies told me they did not. As far as pricing, I got about 4 additional estimates, and they were right within the ballpark. I decided to select them based on their knowledge, professionalism and the fact that they had a good variety of products in their store. We are extremely happy with the job, and I will definitely pick them again for any other flooring needs. I would recommend Enmar them to my family/friends without hesitation.

    Hardwood flooring on stairs.

I recently had Enmar replace our stairs and loft that was carpeted with hardwood flooring. Brian was very helpful in explaining the different types of wood and what would work best for us. I was able to take several samples home and decide what we wanted to do , without any pressure. The flooring has been in about a month and we are extremely pleased with the results. The process was as painless as any remodel can be. Brian's crew was wonderful to deal with and very professional. There were a few items that needed attention after the install and Brian got them right out to fix it. I love how my stairs and loft look and when the kids go back to school I am going to do my formal living and dining rooms.

    Very good quality install.

We have to remember we're dealing with people. The issue is we see the purchase as a concrete product and get frustrated when delays or problems occur. Then the staff has to walk a fine line making sure they back up the people doing the physical work. I understand this is labor intensive and takes a skill level. My complaint is I have an expectation when I pay for something and I see it done in phases due to delays, I get frustrated. I would recommend to anyone looking to do a landscape project, make sure you understand weather and personal things cause delays, if you got the flu, then someone in the landscape crew might get ill as well. Some crews are doing multiple jobs at once and your project will be done in phases. Things have to be set up and dry etc. Plan on getting the work done before you expect to use the yard to entertain. The second thing that came up is if you add or change any part of the project you will be charged extra, If you decide after work has started that you wanted your pergola to be on concrete pillars, then the cost will change and I felt it was higher than it should have been. I strongly suggest really going over the plans and making sure you're clear on what is included before finalizing the invoice.

I was told to bring proof of replacement parts purchased and that everything would be handled in the office. Based on that information, I drove to the location. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of handling the transaction as discussed, I was immediately accused of stealing the converters and told I needed receipts for the aftermarket parts installed on the bikes. I showed proof of purchase on my phone and explained that I had been told I could email the receipts once I arrived. At that point I was told that emailing them was not acceptable and that I needed to go print them out myself, and that a police report might be filed. Wanting to resolve the situation properly, I left, drove to UPS, paid to print the receipts, and returned to the store. When I came back with the printed receipts -- exactly what I had been told to do -- I was then told the receipts were "no good" and they still could not accept the converters. At that point it became clear that my time meant nothing. This entire process resulted in a waste of my time, gas, money, and my team's time, and the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily degrading. Businesses should operate with clear and consistent communication. If customers are told what documentation is required and go out of their way to provide it, the requirements should not suddenly change. Because of this experience, I will be advising others in the motorcycle community to avoid this location. I'm involved with riders and instructors through organizations like Motorcycle Safety Foundation and AMA racing circles, and I will absolutely be warning people to stay away from this business and any location operating under this brand. I hope management sees this review and looks into how customers are being treated here. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.

We just completed a whole-house remodel with Tanner--including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring,…read morepainting, etc.--and we are more than pleased with the outcome. The Tanner team, both Al and Bryce, are the best. For such a large-scale remodel, there are 3 important qualities we were hoping for in General Contractors, and Tanner met all 3 hands down. #1 - Flexibility: A remodel such as ours had quite a lot of changes midway, delays due to decisions that we had to make, backordered materials, etc. Tanner was very flexible and accommodated last-minute changes with reasonable cost additions. They did not nickel and dime us; instead, they focused on ensuring the end result looked good. #2 - Dealing with issues: Any remodel is guaranteed to have issues. What differentiates a top GC like Tanner is how they deal with those issues. The control that Tanner has over their subcontractors is amazing. Any time an issue arose, Al would make a call and the subcontractor would pick up on the first ring--even when we couldn't reach them ourselves. That's the power Al and Bryce have over their subcontractors. We had issues where subcontractors were pointing fingers at each other, but one call to Al or Bryce and they immediately worked with them to fix the issue together as a team. This is something I believe is extremely important in a general contractor, and Tanner came through every single time. #3 - Having your back: You need someone watching over the work and the outcome at all times. Al and Bryce truly care about the quality of the work. Al has an eye for mistakes and has literally made contractors redo work when it wasn't up to par. He genuinely cared for us and wanted us to have the best. He ensured we got the best floor tile installer, who did an amazing job with large-format tiles. He also found us THE best Taj Mahal slab that we literally could not find anywhere else. Bryce stepped in when the cabinet colors were delivered incorrectly--even though we didn't initially recognize the mistake. He worked behind the scenes with the cabinet company to have all the cabinets redone. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome, which looks amazing. We are incredibly grateful to Al, Bryce, and the Tanner team!
