So here goes: Thanks to my whitehead, blackhead, oily pores, I was way overdue for a microdermabrasion facial. It was $75 (moderately priced) minus a $20 discount for new clients. Karina The Esthetician recommended a $66 cream for dark circles and told me they sell skin care, as well as a make up line. I passed on the cream until I run out. The full one hour facial was comfortable and Karina recommended a lite chemical feel for next time as well, $25 extra. Overall my skin felt great when I left. My skin can breathe again! Hallelujah! Well apparently they also offer Coolsculpting that melts fat (I def. won't qualify for that), as well as phentermine as prescribed for weightloss by their MD and they also offer spray on tans. I made a follow up appointment because this place is worth coming back to due to excellent service and pampering effect. The owner even greeted me on my way out. Note: bring cash for tip Justin will email you the forms and remind you that they have strict no-show/cancellation policy. So don't be flake! Upon checking in the morning, I declined to fill-out their bi-annual office questionnaire. After getting called back and to my surprise Dr. Goodman himself entered may private room and asked me to complete the office's questionnaire, I politely declined, explaining that I didn't believe it was medically necessary. Rather than respecting my choice, Dr. Goodman took offense, insisting that my refusal was disrespectful to him personally. I calmly reiterated that it was simply a questionnaire I preferred not to complete. He then raised his voice, repeatedly accusing me of being disrespectful and even stating, "I can make you do anything" since it was his practice. I remained polite throughout the encounter and still declined, but his rude behavior made me extremely uncomfortable--especially given that I was about to undergo a medical procedure with another doctor and assistant present in the room. What kind of a narcissist (doctor) cares more about his office survey getting completed than how his patients are feeling prior to having skin cancer removed? Hard pass on Marcus Goodman.

I had a very disappointing experience with Prestige Medical Group. During only my second visit, I…read morewas informed at check-in that I owed a $350 deductible balance that should have been discussed during my first appointment but was never mentioned. I was also told I would owe an additional $188 for that day's visit. Initially, I was told a payment plan could be arranged for the deductible and that they would likely only need to collect around $50 before my appointment, which seemed reasonable. However, I was then informed that if I proceeded with my appointment, I would have to pay the entire remaining balance before leaving. This contradicted the idea of a payment plan and left me very confused. To make matters worse, while I was trying to discuss the situation with the front desk representative, another staff member repeatedly interrupted and spoke over me. I eventually had to ask her to stop cutting me off so I could finish explaining my concerns. Ironically, she was the same employee who checked me out during my first visit and failed to inform me of the deductible in the first place. Rather than acknowledging the oversight, she insisted that I should have already paid the balance. The lack of communication, inconsistent information regarding payment options, and unprofessional treatment from the front desk staff made for an extremely frustrating experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice based on my experience. My husband also went ahead and canceled his new patient appointment for tomorrow as well based on this experience. So they pretty much just lost two new patients.
