Absolutely the worst medical office around. Completely unprofessional staff. The NP, Christine…read moreDukes is so uneducated it is laughable. They are offering to do services they know NOTHING ABOUT!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

The last time I went on August 15, 2023, I inquired about the fatty deposit under my chin. As they shared about Kabella a treatment that dissolves the fat, I asked if it would leave the shin sagging. I was reassured by both women that it would not and that the skin would tighten. I asked one of the two if she had done it and her response was yes. The skin under Her chin looked amazing so I went ahead and had the procedure done. I was warned that it would burn and swell up. It's hard to express how much it burned. The women left the room immediately despite the fact that I was crying and screaming. NO COMPASSION. To make matters worse here I am 7 mths later with a Turkey neck having to explore facial plastic surgery. No doubt in need of a face lift. All of the fillers, kabella included for that visit I paid $3,000, money that could have gone towards a Mini face life a few years from now. Sadly I'm in need of one now. Please heed the warning of others here. These people will lie to you and only care about money. Keep searching. You'll find reputable honest people. Hard lesson for me but at least I can warn others. Needless to say I won't be returning.

MAKING THE APPOINTMENT: like the other review, it took a very long time to make an appointment (bought a groupon so I had to go there). It took two weeks of calling several times a day and leaving messages. WHEN I GOT THERE: My massage therapist was not there yet, she was about 10 minutes late. THE ROOM: The room was ok enough, music and all were your typical massage place. THE BED: The bed was very cheap, it creaked and moved and leaned under the pressure of the massage, it did not have a lot of cushioning and was uncomfortable. It didn't even have the "face hole" so my neck was bent. There was an extremely thin odd textured sheet on the table and I was cold. THE MASSAGE: -The technician had nails and they kept scraping me. She even accidentally left marks in my neck. -They gave me a sheet to fill out before I went in. It said, "Is there any area you do not want us to massage?" I said, "NO LEGS!!!" The first thing she massaged, my legs actually there were more legs in this massage than I have ever had. -She kept accidentally touching my vagina which made me uncomfortable. -My shoulders were really sore and she probably spent 8 of the "60" minutes on them. -I kept feeling like she was massaging me with one hand, I looked up and saw her on her phone. No joke. She kept checking her phone, she didn't want to be in there as much as I didn't. -She left the room twice, during the massage. LEFT THE DOOR OPEN!! -When she pulled my sheet up to continue the leg massage, she left it up and then moved to my face. I was so cold. -A good 20 minutes minutes of the massage was her sitting at my head just putting her hands over my face lightly over and over again. It was strange and did nothing for me. Just seemed lazy. -The massage ended with her leaving to go get a cold washcloth which she washed my whole body with it made me miserably cold. I told her I didn't like it and she just said it would relax me. She checks the time, and then washed my feet again. -Then finished 10 minutes early. I was actually glad for that. In her defense she was really nice. I also said nothing about the legs I just let her massage them even though I wrote down NO. I should have I was just so uncomfortable with the whole situa
