It is now the 4th. We called at 1pm, it'll be done soon. It is now 4pm call again as they close at 5pm. The guy gets on the phone, oh just now putting on the o-ring. Really we were told the part arrived earlier in the morning. Do not use this garage they are unprofessional and if they think they are going to hand me a huge bill they are VERY mistaken. 3 days for 2 parts that were easy to put on

He looked at it the same day, let me know it was a transmission issue & would work on it - this was a Thursday.
