We ordered a pepperoni pizza, nachos, a side of corn, and a BLT. We even closed out our check before getting our food - as we were anticipating it would help the process go by more quickly- to eat and get kids back to the Airbnb for bed. After about 45 min of waiting, we asked our server if it would be much longer, she said she would check. After 15 minutes she had still not returned. I went to ask inside on the status as my two young kids were very hungry and tired. They let us know they hadn't begun any of our food yet, and we had two tickets in front of us. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving to get my kids some food. The staff was all very friendly but I recommended that they inform customers (especially ones with children) that it would take well over an hour to receive food. We left quite frustrated (and starving). I would have greatly appreciated the heads up so the decision would have been mine to seek out another option and avoid meltdowns.

We had made prior arrangements and the had our tables set up and waiting for us. The service was terrific. The food and drinks were amazing. They even took a break in the Corn tournament so that we could have group pictures taken in front of the fire place. One of the waitresses was a Madill Alumni and she let us in our school fight song while the pictures were taken.
