This company is Scam!!!!!!!! Based on my experience, there are concerns regarding the legitimacy and trustworthiness of this company. I was experiencing a challenging phase and required enhancement of my credit. It occurred to me that seeking their aid would be advantageous. Following a thorough telephonic conversation, they apprised me of the existence of five accounts with balances exceeding $20,000. They asserted that by remitting $5,000 to them, they would effectively resolve and restore my credit. consequently, I commenced making monthly payments to Enrich Financial. I received a disheartening letter at my work informing me that two of my accounts were going to be garnished. Determined to resolve this issue, I promptly forwarded the letters to Enrich Financial, seeking an explanation and potential solutions. To my disappointment, Enrich Financial responded by stating that it was too late and there was nothing they could do to prevent the garnishment. Consequently, a substantial amount of $10,000 was deducted from my hard-earned income to settle these two accounts. Once I managed to pay off the $5,000 owed to Enrich Financial, I reached out to them again regarding the remaining accounts. Expressing my frustration and confusion, I questioned why there had been no updates or communication regarding their status. In response, Enrich Financial assured me that they would investigate the matter and promised to call me back with updates. Regrettably, despite their assurances, Enrich Financial failed to follow through with their promise. They never contacted me again or provided any information on the progress of resolving my remaining accounts. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and let down by Enrich Financial's lack of accountability and communication. In 2018, when I went to a dealership to purchase a car, they ran my credit and that was the time I learned that Enrich Fake Financial did nothing to improve/repair my credit, and all the graphics on their website was fabricated to deceive their clients. After I noticed that, I stopped my payments, I called them and informed them that I will not make any more payments unless I see results. There was no response from them unless I pay an additional $2,800. Last year, I decided to contact the three major credit agencies myself. That was the time, that I noticed Enrich Fake Financial has given my account to a collection agency resulting more negative points on my credit account. I contacted Enrich Fake Financial regarding the issue, and they kept saying that I have to pay additional $2,800 for them to remove the negative point. I live out of LA, and I had many options to get a hand for my credit.. After my own research, I decided to trust my personal information to this company for the reasons I will provide below: 1. I talked to the CEO of the company, Mr Eghbali, and he gave me all the possible options to get my negativity removed without pushing me on any of the ways, telling me all the advantages and disadvantages of the options I had particularly on my case; 2. He explained me how the work was being processed, that all that they do was directly connected with the bureaus and I would not need to worry about anything regardless the stage the work is on; 3. I got all the answers to my questions on a professional level and got educated on the credit itself, how it was needed to be handled correctly; I trusted him and his team, started my work.. and though it took a month or two longer to make it all done, but for everyone starting this work, I have a very good piece of advice: be patient and trust. These guys really do what they are there for. I got removed really serious damages in my credit history, that even one of the most well known companies wouldn't give me a guarantee they would be able to get it removed. For a person who never had reviewed any business, this is a really serious step to start a review, and I am thankful that I made that decision to work with Enrich team. I don't appreciate businesses that create fake reviews and testimonials to fool customers. I have done extensive research and found out almost all of the positive reviews this company has here on yelp as well as on Facebook are Fake. Here is how you can tell. On yelp none of the positive reviews really tell you anything about their case and just say a generic cookie cutter type review but the negative reviews get in details and you can tell they are true and honest. The 2nd test is, if u check their 1000s of + reviews on Facebook ALL of them were left within May 27 and May 30 of this year (wow, how could a company get that many + reviews within 3 days). The Facebook reviews are PAID likes and anyone can pay $100 and get 1000s of likes and + reviews on Facebook. Just check the profile of those who left this company + reviews on Facebook and u will see they don't have any profile or photos and even the names don't match the sexes in some cases. Lastly, they have about 5 video testimonials on their own website and all of them are purchased through www.fiverr.com. Yes, anyone can pay $10 to some individuals on fiverr.com and receive a nice video testimonials. They are fake. So, even though I have not worked with Mr. Eghabli or Enrich financial personally, I would not trust a company that uses fake reviews to fool clients. I spoke with a lady whose name is Monica & she was very polite and very understanding of my situation. She said they would study my credit reports to see what was affecting my credit. She called back in an hour and told me everything that was wrong with my credit and also told me how they could improve it. She was very honest about the reality of what I could expect and the time it would take to fix it. Since every body's credit is different, results and time to fix it would be different too. She told me a price which I could pay monthly. There were no extra costs or hidden fees or extra payments of any kind. Month after month negative items like late payments, charge offs and collections started to disappear from my credit report. And as negative items began disappearing my credit score began to go up again. After a few months my credit score is up again and continues to improve every month.
