I have been with NuStart for about 3 years. From the get go I liked that they said they will not take any payments from me until the job they promised me to was done, which was removing certain items from my credit. I kept checking back with them and at time got frustrated that it was taking so long, but was reassured this was a long term project and gain. I'm so glad I was patient, because the items that were a big headache for me, were finally removed from my credit reports. I've tried reasoning with the credit card company myself, without any luck. Scammers!!! Stay away from this place and please don't waster your money and time here. This place is so unprofessional. Adrine has ignored our phone calls over 60 times. We have payed her and she doesn't even take the time to talk to you. She tells you she will give you all the paperwork if you want to go somewhere else, we asked for the paperwork after 3 years of no results and they have ghosted us for over 4 months. We don't even want our money back. Save your money and headache and go somewhere that truly knows what they're doing and are accountable. This place has zero accountability. More than satisfied with this company, I'm one of those people that are very careful about their credit score I think it's a borderline sickness if you ask me. So About a month ago I realized there was a collections placed on my credit report and it was from AT&T, I started tripping out! My credit score literally dropped from 780 down to low 600's. When you're careful like me when it comes to credit history, it really starts getting to you. Long story not so short lol... I found NuStart and told them my situation. They requested some basic information, id, first page of credit report etc, and told me that I should be expecting letters from credit Bureau. Before the month passed, I got the letters via mail confirming the collections had been deleted. Credit score is back to high 700's.
