They did respond, but with an inquiry of the volume I was looking to buy. I got back to them with volumes that would have been above the typical 25 bundles for boxes. They didn't respond to my second email. I followed up with them with a 3rd email a day later. Nothing but crickets. Fine. Their lack of responsiveness and follow-up speaks volumes. Given the quality of boxes they dish out to their distributors on top of ignoring potential customers, it makes you wonder how they've been able to stay in business as long as they have. They certainly won't be getting any business from me anytime soon, and I hope you don't waste your time with them either.

The new labeling system I complained about is in a trial period. The numerous complains I had about it were mentioned by other clients, and ownership has acknowledged the issues. I removes any form of verification from the customer; there's no way to audit that we are in fact getting the packages we're signing for. The person who helped me back then was rude and unhelpful, and I left thinking I'd never return. I was helped by Moises, who completely changed my impression of the store.
