The ordering process was fast and easy and the delivery was on time. I wasn't too happy with the woman who called to schedule the delivery. She calls and says the desk would be delivered the next day which didn't work with our schedules. When we asked what our other options are she said they're really busy and her drivers are going on vacation soon (this was in December). She continues to say that's why appointments are booked a week in advance (I'm not sure why we were only given a days notice). We find a new day to book and the two hour window she gave us for next day delivery became an eight hour window. In the end she called the day before our delivery and gave us a two hour window. Overall we are happy with our purchase but not thrilled with the customer service from the woman who scheduled the delivery.

I then went to the Office Depot in Montebello, where the staff reviewed the same design and completed the order without hesitation or any issues. The difference in customer service and knowledge between the two locations was noticeable. I have shipped not just one, but many packages prepared exactly the same way through other Office Depot locations in different cities and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me was extremely rude. Instead of trying to help, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept at this location. I understand that policies may vary, but there is no excuse for treating customers poorly. A little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way. With experiences like this, it's no surprise that more people are choosing online retailers and delivery services instead.
