She continues to say that's why appointments are booked a week in advance (I'm not sure why we were only given a days notice). We find a new day to book and the two hour window she gave us for next day delivery became an eight hour window. In the end she called the day before our delivery and gave us a two hour window. Overall we are happy with our purchase but not thrilled with the customer service from the woman who scheduled the delivery.

After a few minutes, she came over to help and I asked her if there's anything else I needed to do to confirm that my pages were sent. She said no. I received a print out of my charges. The next day I called the business to confirm receipt of fax. They said they never received the documents. I went to a UPS store near my house and the attendant fax'd my documents for me and gave me a receipt confirming that the fax went through.
