So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!! The guy doesn't bother to say anything about redoing my hat or anything. Oh he gave me a .50 cents discount for ruining my hat! ‍ Place is garbage just like my hat he ruined! The staff seem to be friendly & in good spirits, helpful to patrons. Even at the end of the business day, items are organized & the aisles are tidy, uncluttered. I can really appreciate that. Meant to get something to put away the wreath I purchased at another Michaels location. Couldn't decide if I should get the hard plastic container or the sturdy, puncture resistant case (looks like nylon or backpack material). In the end, I opted the latter because the plastic was too bulky & appeared too big for my wreath. Got a few more ribbons, at 80% OFF, it was too good to pass up. Parking is shared with other shops like Sprouts, Old Navy & and few restaurants like Pescador & many other stores. This Downey Landing is HUGE, it may be bigger than the Long Beach Town Center.
