I called and talked with Scott, the owner. He was polite, professional and most importantly, accommodating. He came through and was even 1-2 days early. A friend recommended that I get my sash embroidered. They mainly embroider names; If you want a flag embroidered, you would have to bring it in for him to work with it--very kind owner. I would call ahead to ask if he can work on your product rather than just showing up. Over the phone he mentioned that getting my name done would be $22 but I picked it up today and offered me $9! I already thought I was getting a deal with $22 but wow. I'm definitely coming back!
