Burrito mojado with Chile Verde was outright delicious and just enough spice to make it interesting....

Many play and come here during or before/after. Very nice bar. A large view of the greens. I sat at the great bar. Greeted by nice bartender. He was happy to give recommendations. Started with a refreshing, Great tea. Ended up ordering their grilled chicken wrap that he said is popular. Ordered it with BBQ sauce & a side salad with hot salsa. The salad came first. Great! Fresh & tasty! Salsa spiced it up and made it even better! Great, cool, calm, environment. Music playing. Safe and clean! Lots of seating. Besides the bar, many tables. . You can eat outside with views of the greens too! Beautiful views! The bartender checked up on me and refilled my drink without even asking. They were backed up with food orders. Took a while to received, but it was worth it!! GREAT chicken wrap with BBQ sauce! Tender and Delicious!! 1/2 was plenty! Leftovers!! Checked out shortly later. The worker was happy to give me an iced tea to go! Gave me a LARGE one! Awesome!! Also gave me a to-go box. I paid for order with good day wishes!! Great experience, Great service & GREAT lunch!! Highly recommended!!

Sometimes you go to a restaurant and the food is the star. Sometimes it's the atmosphere. And then…read morethere are places like Heirloom, where you realize the entire experience has been thoughtfully put together. We sat at the bar on a busy Thursday in Fresno, and honestly, I highly recommend doing the same. This is a quick-service-style restaurant where you can wait in line to order and then be seated, but snagging a seat at the bar gives you a completely different perspective on the experience. Aaron and Johnny were an absolute dream team. If you're there on a Wednesday or Thursday, look for these two. When they told us to "sit back and relax," they actually meant it. We didn't want for a thing. Water stayed full, we were consistently checked on without ever feeling hovered over, and their food recommendations were some of the best restaurant suggestions we've had in a while. And that last part is important... the suggestions weren't just upsells, but instead they were thoughtful and intentional recommendations that genuinely complemented what we were ordering. You could tell they weren't just trying to add another item to the ticket but were really were trying to make our meal better. That kind of service is becoming very rare, especially in a quick-service setting. Meanwhile, the restaurant itself had that great something's happening here energy. Busy, lively, people coming and going, the bar buzzy. This is exactly the kind of place you want to stumble into on a Thursday night in Fresno. Heirloom gets balance. It is casual enough to feel approachable, but intentional enough that you leave feeling like someone actually cared about your experience. And with Aaron and Johnny behind the bar? Sit back. Relax. Let them take it from there. (Side note, I believe it is Johnny but might be John, I know for sure if you are manager of this place you know who I am talking about!)

Honest Review The…read morefood was honestly pretty mid. The pasta tasted mid and was a little disgusting, and it didn't really have much flavor. The burger was okay but definitely overcooked and not very juicy. It was missing some flavor. The garlic fries were probably the best thing we ordered. The hibiscus lemonade was decent, and the mocktail we got was actually really good. As for the service, some of the staff were really nice and welcoming, but I did feel a little uncomfortable toward the end. When I asked if I could pay with cash instead of card, I got the impression that the person seating us assumed I was going to leave a tip and seemed disappointed when I clarified that I was just paying cash. I also felt like some of the servers were giving us an attitude afterward because we didn't tip. Overall, tipping is a personal choice, and I don't think customers should feel judged or pressured because of it. Some of the staff were genuinely kind, but unfortunately the food and the experience weren't enough for me to want to come back.
