The lady rudely and with lack of care said, "ok, well can you give me your name and number, and I said, "I can, can you confirm this is Just Appliance Repair?" She then proceeded to hang up on me. He assessed the problem last week ordered the part and returned today and quick fixed the washer. I found James to be competent at his work and very professional and pleasant to deal with. No inspection at all, told me I needed to pay $1,000 for multiple control boards and labor. I declined. GE appliance came and removed dismantled and inspected unit and identified a small part that had failed and caused issue. $350 for parts and labor. Fred's charges for diagnostic service but performs no diagnostic work then quotes repair that required unnecessary parts.
