The lady rudely and with lack of care said, "ok, well can you give me your name and number, and I said, "I can, can you confirm this is Just Appliance Repair?" She then proceeded to hang up on me. They did come back out that day, but I have been asking for a manager or owner to call me and have yet to receive a phone call on flood damage.! they are now saying they need an additional two more parts as they realize a new coat that was never picked up originally that I am still waiting for an owner or a manager to call me on how this could have happened .
