Getting straight to the point, Andy is outstanding. Our built-in microwave died, and we quickly realized how often we used it and how seriously we missed it. No time to waste getting it repaired. I put a request out through Yelp (on a Sunday!!) and he responded within a few minutes. We texted back & forth a time or two and Andy said he would be here Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. Not just the next day - but the next morning! He provided an estimate of how he charged and described exactly what I could expect. He arrived on time, got right to work and fixed it. His charges were exactly what he had promised. I had a great experience with Andy's Appliance. Andy arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected my dryer, and clearly explained what was wrong with it. Instead of pushing for an expensive repair, he honestly recommended that it would make more sense to replace the unit, which I really appreciated. He also gave me helpful advice on which dryer brands to avoid, which ones he recommends, and even suggested a local place where I could find a good deal on a new one. Simply put - Andy is FANTASTIC. He is personable, polite, neat, clean, professional, and knows his business. We had a dialog concerning the problem with my microwave - oven combination. He conducted a test to confirm the issue. Calibrated the oven temperature explaining what he was doing and actually educated me on generally how an oven actually cooks. Andy returned by call promptly and scheduled me as soon as he could. He communicated every step of the way. He tried to troubleshoot in order to save me some expense.
