My fridge was to be serviced by them on 12Sep. They did not show up, but I did get an email saying they were trying to contact me. I called them and they had the wrong number for me. I scheduled service for Monday 16Sep. No one shows up. I tried calling throughout the day and no one answered. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called the morning of 17Sep and someone finally answered. I said, "Hi, my fridge was supposed to be serviced yesterday, but no one showed up." The lady rudely and with lack of care said, "ok, well can you give me your name and number, and I said, "I can, can you confirm this is Just Appliance Repair?" She then proceeded to hang up on me. James from Just Appliance just left after a successful repair after dealing for six months with another washer repair service. He discovered that they had three times ordered the incorrect part for the washer and on top of that the board that were ordering was not the source of the proble. He assessed the problem last week ordered the part and returned today and quick fixed the washer. I found James to be competent at his work and very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would never recommend this company for anything !! I have been here waiting for a technician to come from 8-5. Actually spoke with a gentleman to confirm my appointment for today (Monday). I just happen to call to check to get an update on the ETA that very rude lady on the phone tells me that I am on the reschedule date of (Tuesday) 8-5 !! I'm clueless of rescheduling anything .... This company has HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service skills!! I would never recommend this so called place of business!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service !!! Do not use this company they are terrible! We had a new refrigerator under warranty that had a problem. I called Frigidaire and they told me to call Just Appliance for warranty service and gave me a ticket number. I did call them and they did send a technician out. He came in looked at the refrigerator did not take anything apart. Just looked at it and said it needed a computer component, a board I think is what he said. He said they probably did not have it in stock and would have to order it but would confirm that. Someone from Just Appliance did call and let me know it was on back order and told me it would be some time before they got it as it due to the type of part.. After not hearing anything for 60 days I called Just Appliance and was told it was still -on back order. In another 60 days and got voice mail left a message and never heard back., I finally called Frigidaire and was told that Just Appliance rejected my repair. They never advised me of this when I did speak with a human at Just Appliance and never received Andy notification by email, telephone or carrier pigeon, I now have to start all over again after over 6 months of waiting! Follow up to my review from last week! Lowes/assurant reviewed my service call further and decided to approve my refrigerator for repair. They did assign it to Just Repair since they had already come out once. I received a call from Denise, the lady who answers the phone told me they were not coming to fix it (even though they are authorized agents for lowes ) ! I said why and she said because I left a review All I could say is because I left a review on your company you are denying service? This is for the best though because they've assigned a reputable company to service my refrigerator and I truly hope the people in Bethel , NC are aware of the business practices of this local company . By the way... before I posted a review I called this company to try and find a bit more information and was denied the respect of having Larry call me back to discuss this. I scheduled and appointment to have my stove repaired. My tenant waited all day for the repairman and no one ever showed up. I called the office and tried to explain what happen to the receptionist and I was very upset. Apparently, she didn't like the way I was expressing my dislike and refused to look up my order. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company! They are absolutely terrible and unprofessional. If you are assigned this company for your appliance issues ask for another. The secretary that answered the phone is extremely rude and clearly unaware of the schedule. No one showed up for my scheduled appointments 3 times. I called and they just reschedule not to show up. Just appliance repair came to my home turned on my stove burners and oven left it on for about 10 minutes. Open the warming drawer and due the mice exterminator putting glue trap in the drawer refused service stating they weren't sure they would get pd stating they need to call the warranty company before trying to diagnose the issue and left. They told my cousin they were going to call me never did. I reached out on my lunch break they did not have time to talk and would call me back never did. I reached out after work before calling the warranty company and got voice mail. Warranty company refuses to cover anything or reinstate the warranty until I can prove there is no mice issue and pay to repair the stove. They are saying the issue is due to a mouse infestation This issue with the stove have been going on for over a year but wasn't that big of an inconvenience compared to dealing with the warranty company Assurant warranty. I can't prevent all mice from entering my home I live in the country We have the exterminator come out every three months to prevent issues with mice. read more

Horrible company!! Good luck having a tech show up (besides James, he's great)! We had 4 no shows because the techs call from numbers that cannot be returned and they don't leave voicemails, which Denise the manager has acknowledged. It's been over a month of waiting for service, I called Denise for help. She immediately started yelling and would not let me talk. She the proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and asked for management, in which Denise said, "I am management, good luck with your dishwasher," and hung up again. She is the only one that answers the phone, so good luck getting a kind and helpful person to assist you. Do not use them! read more
