First, they squeezed us in last minute, same day, for an issue that ended up being pretty urgent. Rare to be able to see a good ent same day. Issue was immediately identified and addressed, and within a few days of treatment, was clearing up. Front desk was also excellent, wait times were almost non existent, and back office at check out was excellent as well. Great dr and great support. Not that a trip to a specialist is a good thing, but this is the place to go if you want good care.

When I asked about the results he told-those are just numbers. He obviously doesn't respect the client. He also "diagnosed" a hole in his eardrum -which was wrong diagnosis as proven by two other doctors and also his own hearing test-which he didn't bother to explain. When he prescribed antibiotics for treatment and I asked him if I can watch if the infection clears for day or two before I start giving it, his answer was "Its America here" , emphasizing that I am not local (?) or it's a free country (?) .. Although there was no single client waiting in the office he rushed us out, saying "come back in three weeks to see if the hole healed". Well, it healed same day in other doctors' office. My advice-stay away from this doctor. The only thing he cares about is his pay check.

I saw Dr. Perrin as a child for allergy treatment (cats, dust, mold, stuffed animals, etc.). From a very young age, this practice was one of the places where I felt the most unsafe and uncomfortable. Most visits with the doctor left me feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. The way Dr. Perrin looked at me and interacted with me felt creepy and inappropriate. He frequently touched my ears, earrings, hair, neck, rubbed my shoes, and feet in ways that did not feel medically necessary. During allergy shots or examinations, he often insisted that I remove my shirt so he could "check my posture," despite me insisting that posture checks were already being evaluated at my school. There was another time I had to complete a fitness test. You run in circles behind the office. Most of the patients would complete it and come back in, get set up to a machine. But for mine, he would watch me run for the entire 10-15 minutes. Watching and smiling. He'd also insist to clean my ears and rub them. These requests happened repeatedly. I regularly complained and expressed discomfort, and I hated going to appointments. I often begged my mother or a nurse to come into the room with me because I did not want to be alone with him. At the time, my concerns were brushed off because he was a doctor and considered a professional. And her friends said he's great and does a very thorough job. The most disturbing incident occurred when, as a 12-year-old, he told me I needed to remove all my clothes for a vaginal exam. When I questioned why an allergist would need to do this, he claimed he needed to check my hymen and said it was connected to my lungs and could be affecting my breathing. Even as a child, this logic felt weird and wrong. I became extremely upset, refused, and cried to my mother. Looking back as an adult, I now understand how inappropriate and frightening these experiences were. No child should feel confused, scared, or unsafe during medical care. If that is constantly the case, look at the doctor, not the child. After the Olympic doctor scandal, I wanted to do something, but I never did. I was relieved to learn that this practice is now closed and that Dr. Perrin has since retired. My heart goes out to anyone else who may have had similar experiences. I hope this review helps others feel less alone and reminds parents and patients to listen to that inner voice when something doesn't feel right. I hope I was an exception and not the rule. I release and let go of this.

They don't always take walk ins, we learned. If there is a hole in the schedule, they will plug you in or schedule you for another day, if they can. Care here was thorough. I did not have to pay anything upfront but it appears that that depends on insurance. Follow-up was not with a doctor but with a PA. There was a lot of push at the follow up for allergy testing. (There is some history of that) but considering allergy shots/treatment was not something we wanted we did not sign up for that that day. OTC treatments were suggested and followed and this brought enough relief

I've been asking them to send a script to a place that would and even though they keep claiming they did the other place keeps saying they never got it. They also don't print up after visit notes and when I asked if they could give me a list of allergies I tested positive for (I have ADHD and struggle to remember things) they said they would and never did. Considering their patient portal doesn't work this is extremely irresponsible.

I was told when I lost hearing from a virus at 36 that nothing could be done. I was also o told cross hearing aids back then didn't work. They looked funny too. The only drawback is crosses only last 12 hrs a day. So if you are able you can sit them in charger for an hour or up to 3 for a full charge. The service is great. So happy I tried.
