Let me tell you about my poor experience....~First off ALL locations have at least a 2 hour wait and they don't do appointments. Walk ins only. (WTF) They open at 8am. I got here at 8:02am and there were already 8 ppl in front of me. I didn't leave until almost 11am They did move a little fast to get everyone paper work and checked it. HOWEVER, the light skin skinny chick at the front desk (Melissa) was rude ASF! I understand everyone aren't morning people, but check your attitude at the door. She was very short when speaking to patients, and her tone was rude. She didn't greet ANYBODY with a hello, just stated" How can I help you", but once the doctor walked in she greeted them. HA! What a joke. She's the first person we see when we enter HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE! Anywho, there was another lady (brown skin with a tattoo on her left top arm "Sonna" I think thats what it said) she came to assist with the line. She was so sweet and patient. She also spoke to each guest that entered the lobby. Her attitude and demeanor was upbeat and positive. The Nurse that helped me (Tamiya) was so sweet *OVERALL: 3/5 STARS Unfortunately alot of companies use this place for their contracts (which sucks) so when you come be prepared to WAIT LONGGGGG. The lobby was clean and bright. Melissa needs a little more training with interpersonal relationships. There was also a medical emergency in the office like an hour or so of be being there and her attitude changed and she tried to be a little more friendly to everyone, naaa we decline that! Her first impression had already been displayed. No going back sweetie :)

The office is a one stop shop which makes it so convenient. The doctor's office, MRI, physical therapy, and surgical center is all located in the same building which makes it so much easier scheduling appointments, especially scheduling more than one appointment in a day. The first time I worked with SCA was after a car accident. A different orthopedist wrote off I was healed after six weeks of physical therapy although I was still suffering pain in my left shoulder. I worked with SCA and Dr. Chappuis diagnosed me with two herniated disks in my neck. After his care, I couldn't believe I wasn't in pain anymore. I had been living with pain in my neck and shoulder for a year and had accepted it as a part of life. I had an attorney who really dropped the ball on the case and Dr. Chappuis referred me to another attorneys who was really helpful with my settlement. The team at SCA is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. I really enjoyed working with everyone and getting to know the team while I was in treatment. When I had returned for treatment for another procedure the team remembered me and asked how I was doing since that time which shows you they really pay attention to their patients. A year later I had a labrum tear and was treated again by Dr. C. I appreciated he took the path of least resistance and we were able to avoid surgery. Not only was he helpful through my healing but he was helpful in explaining and directing how I should go about my fitness routines in the future and what types of workouts I need to avoid for any further damage. I'm currently undergoing treatment for a herniated disk in my back. Before treatment, I could hardly walk and was in an enormous amount of pain. Currently working with SCA, I'm walking again and regained most of my mobility and will have regained full mobility after my third treatment. I cannot say enough good things about SCA and working with Dr. C. He really listens to you as opposed to other doctors who will ask you a checklist of questions to deduce their opinion of what is wrong with you. He takes his time to explain and break down what is the issue and where the problem stems from. You never feel rushed during your appointment and it's important to him he addresses all of your concerns. While I had some anxiety at the thought of possibly having to undergo surgery, Dr. C was calm, addressed my fears and concerns until I felt confident and at ease with my healing process and options. SCA has been so wonderful to me on multiple occasions, I couldn't imagine being treated anywhere else. At this point, I wouldn't want to be treated anywhere else. I would strongly recommend working with SCA. They're second to none and you won't regret it.

No hay por parte del Dr. Una entrevista una revisión de mi lesión y verificar si he tenido avance o no, ni siquiera por no dejar que solo pasara para saludarme y ni esto. Lo peor es que fui a consulta el dia 24 de diciembre y acudí por la tarde a recoger el medicamento y resulta que no enviaron la receta, el dia 26 me comunico al consultorio para reclamar el por que no han enviado la receta y solo me piden disculpas ya que se les olvido. El dia dehoy 28 de diciembre acudi a la farmacia y resulta que la receta la enviaron solo por 14 pastillas cuando el tratamiento son 90 pastillas, realizaron mal la receta. Lamentablemente esta es la tercera ocasión que me sucede esto. Yo cuento con una aseguranza, pero le he sido fiel al Dr. Ya que en un principio me ayudo bastante con mi problema pero la situacion a cambiado y no estoy recibiendo una atención de calidad y el pago es alto por consulta.
