Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, but spoke with Naomi Sanchez who was able to cancel my reservations with no charge to me. She was extremely friendly and professional. When I have to fly back to PR, I will definitely be contacting PR Green Transportation due to their excellent service. The car was making terrible noises and was struggling to run which was much more than a price issue it was a safety issue and we had to drive an hour that morning in a messed up car to the San Juan Airport to finally be helped and treated correctly.
