    I had an amazing experience with salesman Giovany Miranda. He helped me get into my new Volkswagen Passat. He helped me so much. He was very nice and professional to my mom and i and gave us the fastest and most wonderful service getting through the process. If you need a car call and speak to Giovany! He's amazing!!

    The sold me a vehicle that has been giving me problem as soon as I bought the car. The emblem stated it was a certain type of toy and then when confronted them about it they stated it was what what it says. when taken to the original dealer they stated no it isn't what you thought you bought. When ask to speak to the manager of operation one guy was very helpful but the other people in charge will alway not be available when trying to resolve the issue. I will really take extra caution on buying with no knowledge of vehicles

    ECSTATIC! ! This has been the most PAINLESS experience of my life. Even thinking of buying a car brings one's blood pressure up. A root canal is easier than visiting a massive, overwhelming car lot! The mere DREAD of sitting across from some high pressure salesmen gives anybody anxiety! After procrastinating for too long, I asked my local car rental agency ,( Enterprise- Santa Monica ) ,if they could recommend a reliable source for car sales. POOF WALLA.... They recommend Dale Pinlac from Enterprise Sales. The relief and peace of mind I now have is fantastic! Made an appointment on a Sunday with their team- ( Shout out to Kai in finance !). They showed me a large assortment of choices. Dale made suggestions based on my income, distance driven daily, lifestyle and needs...& came up with the perfect fit for me! It took no more than a couple of hours to make the best decision with the support of this team. I recommend their company to all I know. Polite, professional,& personable. Treat yourself... Call 'em!

    Had to tape up my mirror after 15 days as it was hanging by a wire. Mechanic not open until Monday.

    Sales people were quite pleasant. I was happy with my purchase, a 2019 Nissan Armada, until the "one week - 1,000 mile" warranty went past one week. 15 days to be exact! Mileage is under 1,000 since my purchase. I noticed the driver side mirror wobbled a little bit. Today it fell out of the holder and is hanging by a wire. Same day, today, a driver stopped next to me at the light, rolled her window down, and let me know that my back lights didn't work. I had my grandson check as soon as we got home and, sure enough, tail lights DO NOT WORK. To add insult to injury, the maintenance light just came on for oil. IVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR 15 DAYS! (When I purchased this vehicle I was told the "maintenance records weren't available.) I paid well over 40k for this car and it's only about 1,000 over the factory warranty, but I honestly expected NOT TO FALL APART! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep was Gabriel Lofton handled me very well. We clicked right from the start. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service that I received from Enterprise!

    My car was literally on its last wheel and I had to rent a car from Enterprise for my sister wedding in July. I didn't know Enterprise sold cars as well so I inquired and Gabriel reached out to me. I went back to my life of 5 grandkids, 2 jobs and yes my raggedy car on it's last wheel and probably last nerve. Gabriel was persistent with calling me and even took the time out to leave emails and text messages (because I was not answering the calls). Mind you it had been about 3 weeks and Gabriel was not letting up!! I will not lie, by this time I was getting annoyed and thinking how could he possibly help me get into a "new" car? Because he keeps calling like he can help me. And he probably can't!! Boy was I wrong. God had someone and something in store for me!! A week later I had to babysit 1 of my grandkids and needed a vehicle so I went back to Enterprise and got a rental. Literally when I pulled out of the parking lot from the car rental Gabriel called once again. I answered, he thanked me for answering (because I am a very busy woman). Lol and convinced me that Enterprise would be able to work with me getting a vehicle even though I am just starting to build my credit. I told Gabriel I had to turn the rental in on Monday and he said I could drop it off to them and drive off in my car!! Sounding too good to be true but still doing the footwork while I was at work Monday morning. I sent my paycheck stubs, bank statements, unlocked my credit report, spoke to the lender and Gabriel was all apart of that process with great help and communication. I got off work headed to Enterprise Culver City to see about my "new" car. I got to the dealership and finally met Gabriel and the manager (who was washing my car). Gabriel and I joked about how I was avoiding him but I am really thankful he did not stop reaching out to me. I had to go over some paperwork of course, all off my income was verified while I was at work at work and I was fully approved for $500!!!! Won't God do it!!! Gabriel did it too!! Now it's on me to take care of my car and make my payments. To me it's a win . I have gotten so many compliments on the car, I didn't pick the color Enterprise did!! My daughter told me she likes the bond the car and I have. All in all thank you #Enterprise and a big #SHOUTOUT to #GABRIEL

    Dale Pinlac Was so great at assisting me in my Jeep selection. He made me unstressed compared to how I was trying to figure it out on my own. I've bought my previous car through enterprise before and this experience it was just way better with Mr. Above and Beyond (Dale). I had input my info into 2 different locations on the enterprise site. One in Pasadena because I work in Pasadena which was only 10 mins away and then I input my home address and from that it directed me too Culver city, I love near East LA Which with traffic is 1 hour an 15 mins away! Lol I recieved 2 calls 2 voice mails I went with my Gut....feeling because the voice sounded genuinely already helpful!... So here I come Culver City! And that's what I mean from the start Dale overall helped me with even giving me an estimate for monthly payment in my budget. Dale also helped me while he was away with assisting in a training!! How amazing is that when I say Mr. Above and Beyond. He just really made this work for me. Just so satisfied with the service! Thank you thank you.

    Was in a car accident (I all good!) and my car was totaled. I kept being told to just purchase a new used car because I love to drive. I did all of my research and found my cute Jeep Compass for $2K under book value. I filled out an inquiry online and got a call the next day from my car salesman. I told him I would be there on Saturday. I went in on a Saturday morning determined to get my new car, and my sales guy was excited to help. He kept wanting to show me other cars but I knew what I was there for, my cute Jeep Compass. Took her on a test drive and was like, yea let's lock this ish down. Spoke with the finance team and got everything squared away. They even put a cute green bow on my car. Anyway, they were awesome and it's been 2 months since my purchase. Took my car to get its oil change because I've been driving her like crazy. Mechanic says she's in excellent shape. Thanks so much guys! Y'all were awesome!

    I do not know where even to begin. If I could give this place 10, million stars I would because from day one when they helped my dad with a credit score of 512 and made it happen with zero down definitely left everything in perspective for me and my family. I came back yesterday and brought in my mom who received an offer letter from capital one auto finance for a vehicle loan unfortunately at the time I got a little desperate and went to their other sister location all the way in Ventura where they were asking for a cosigner and $2000 of down payment basically we got rejected. I called this location and asked for Giovanni who is an outstanding sales associate and has a lot of dedication and passion in his line of work. You can tell definitely enjoys his job. His team has been the same team since the first time we met with him and when he helped out my dad and you can tell that they have a team and family environment. They have change location managers but both managers have have shown a lot of respect and helpfulness for customers who need help. It took 24 hours from the same day that enterprise in Ventura rejected my mothers application for Giovanni his manager and his team to get an approval from one of the banks. We had a couple of hiccups verifying income and other resources but I don't know what he did but he made it happen with zero down payment and got a 2017 Fiat 500 X under 30,000 miles fully loaded from my mom. I want you to be open minded if you do decide to come to this dealership dealers only sell vehicles they don't have the power to make the Banks approve you but they do have the power to condense all the information you provide for them and make it happen. I wanna thank Giovanni once more from me and my family and if you or your family or your dad or your mom or your boyfriend etc. are reading this review please come down to Culver City enterprise car sales or call ahead and ask for Giovanni and I guarantee you he will help you even if the interest in your vehicle are a bit high the point is to drive out of there with a vehicle on with that vehicle that you love. Thank you once more!!!

    Today, for the first time in 10 years of being a loyal customer, I'm seriously considering leaving…read morethis dealership. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and was surprised to learn that a few things have changed at Culver City Mazda. From my understanding, these are dealership policies, not Mazda corporate policies. **Changes (see photo):** 1. As of May 2026, the dealership now charges customers a 3% fee for paying by credit card. 2. The dealership no longer provides Lyft rides to and from the dealership when you drop your car off for service. Customers are now responsible for that expense. Businesses have every right to change their policies, and I understand that operating costs continue to rise. My disappointment isn't that these changes were made--it's how they were communicated. During check-in, everything started as usual. At the end of the process, I noticed no one asked if I needed a ride home, which had always been part of the service. When I asked, the service advisor simply pointed to a sign taped to the counter explaining the new policies. Naturally, I had questions. When did these changes happen? Were these dealership decisions or Mazda decisions? Instead of having a conversation, my questions seemed to be taken personally. I was told they had sent an email, but many customers never received it because it ended up in spam folders. If that's the case, then the communication plan didn't work. Customers shouldn't be learning about significant policy changes while standing at the service counter. I wasn't upset with the service advisor personally. I was simply trying to understand what had changed after being a loyal customer for a decade. Customers should be able to ask respectful questions without feeling like they're creating a problem. Thankfully, Rich stepped in and did everything he could to help me. I sincerely appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to listen. He reminded me of the customer service that kept me coming back to this dealership for so many years. What disappoints me most is that I left wondering whether loyal customers were truly considered when these decisions were made. We're all feeling the impact of rising costs--gas, groceries, insurance, and everything else. Passing additional costs on to customers may be a business decision, but surprising customers with those costs when they arrive for service doesn't feel like good customer care. For the past 10 years, I've proudly recommended Culver City Mazda because of the outstanding people who worked there. I've built relationships with Tony, Arleen, Rich, and others who consistently made me feel welcomed and valued. Today, I didn't leave with that feeling. As a customer of 10 years, I left wondering whether loyalty still matters as much as it once did. Maybe the dealership has changed, and that's their choice. But it's also my choice to decide where I spend my money. My lease is up in 2027, and for the first time in a decade, I'll be looking carefully at all of my options before deciding where to buy my next car. I genuinely hope the owner takes this feedback to heart, because this review isn't about resisting change--it's about how those changes made a loyal customer feel.

I really do thank him because he took the time to explain the difference between purchasing and leasing a vehicle. This is something that no one else has ever done. He went beyond just trying to sell me a vehicle and moved into the area of finances. This is very important to me. His manager Carlos Lopez further explained leasing and the advantages of it - considering my situation. He worked with me on the contract, making it so I had the coverage I wanted, with a monthly payment I could manage. Both Deje and Carlos answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. They were kind, courteous, professional, attentive and created a no rush, no pressure atmosphere. I want Honda to know that they are both excellent representatives of your corporation. It's because of them and the rest of the excellent service team, led by Lyle Ota (I have to acknowledge Lyle), that I will continue to be a Honda customer.

    do not use them even with costco auto dealer program. put a different zip code for a different…read moredealership. they still play the same games as people in the past have commented on yelp: car is not on their list of approved costco discounts, car fell off their list of approved costco discounts so you cant get the discount, absurd mark ups on dealer installed items. if you do use them ask for costco master price list immediately or just walk. costco reps confirmed they are required to show you at the time of meeting with a sales person. they play games and do not show you the agreed upon costco discount so you have no clue if they are being honest about their discount or not. how costco hasn't removed them when the same issues since 2018 have not been resolved is beyond me. they force you to do dealer adds even on cars in transit. they are extremely slow to respond once they get you in. they were so fast and helpful when you put your request in to costco but once it came down to discussing the deal, thats where everything fell apart. unwilling to move on dealer adds, try to double dip on dealer installed items and will try to charge you extra for labor even though their price list says "installed price". high pressure sales tactics to try to play into your fomo. they the embodiment of why people hate dealerships and why people want direct to buy from manufacturers. EDIT: Spoke with Brian the GM and he did apologize for the experience. He was extremely friendly but unfortunately what is done is done. If we are in the market again for a car, I will try to contact Brian to give their dealer another chance. Will increase to 2 stars from 1 as he was very open to criticism and understood why we were upset with the whole situation.

I came into Del Mar Auto LLC with my girlfriend and brother and walked around the lot of the dealership, no one approached us until we walked past the office and he ran out to greet us. I originally wanted different car, but once that didn't work out, Tim offered us different options and really knew his facts - how much the price would be will depend on my down payment and not my credit. And I don't have that great credit history but he made it simple and easy to understand. We spent 2 hours at the dealership total, and Tim was extremely patient and helpful. He offered many different options and was very open to letting us see and test-drive multiple cars. Since it was a big purchase for me I had to think long and hard, but it seemed like Tim didn't mind. Definitely wasn't pushy! Once we decided on the car, Tim had us sit and start the paperwork. Overall, the dealership was great. Nice location, nice atmosphere and complete customer satisfaction. Definitely don't regret buying my car here! And you should check it out. I am also a veteran and he served me with honor and dignity never pushing for the sale and that is why I decided to purchase a used car from Del Mar Auto LLC!

We did qualify for it which we figured we would. With the 8 total CRV's we were looking at between multiple dealerships, the two at Culver City Honda were the best deals. They both had the lowest miles 9k and 13k and the best price on top of the special APR we got. Our sales associate Geovany Oliva was super chill and listen to what we wanted. We told Geovany we had other CRV's we were going to look at but stopped at Culver City Honda 1st. During the whole process, there wasn't any kind of trying to get us to buy this or that, no pressure what so ever. The team knew what we wanted and made the deal happen. Part of this was with the new auto group (Ken Garff auto group) that took over the dealership. They wanted to make the buying experience easier for the customer. This was by far the best buying experience i have ever had. They took my Trade in 2016 Chevy Malibu and I got a total of 1500 for that lemon. With everything I added including my 9 year warranty, I was out the door just about 42k with my 2024 CRV EX-L. This CRV drives really nice, me and my wife are really happy with it. I definitely will come back here if I am looking to buy another car, but hopefully I'm good on that for a while tho lol. The only down side for some will be the Plad Tech which automatically gets put on the car. Plad Tech is like low jack. It's $1000.00 added to your contract, so keep that in mind. Personally tho, I wanted something like this anyways with how often Honda's are stolen and I love the app Plad Tech has. I wanted to get something like this for my Civic so I know where it is at all times, especially if it got stolen. Other then that, it was a long day but we definitely came out happy with what we got. 2024 CRV EX-L with only 13,473 miles on it, practically a new vehicle, plus a 9 year warranty. With Honda's quality and reputation, this CRV should last for a long time. Give Geovany a call, he's got you!

    Unfortunately, I've had nothing but poor experiences at this dealership over the course of a…read moredecade. First off, it's dated, dirty, and dingy on the inside. Culver City has grown a lot over the years, but the dealership feels left behind. Upon my first visit years ago, I asked to see an Accord, and was shown Civic after Civic after Civic, with the salesman pressuring me to test drive one. I kept telling him a Civic was too small for me, and it took him showing me three Civics to finally show me an Accord, at which point he lost interest in helping me. Years later (just a few months ago) I was in a lemon of a vehicle of another brand, so I came in looking for help rolling over into a new lease. With my negative equity, the payments were far too high (with the payments exceeding another Honda dealer by a few hundred dollars for the same exact car with the same negative equity). When I expressed this and told them I'd have to do what I could do make up the negative equity first, one of the managers came over and told me I should buy the vehicle then do a voluntary repossession then get into a new vehicle at the price I wanted to help cancel out the negative equity. That alone is enough to make me not trust these guys. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
