I'm giving this dealership 2 stars, and the only reason it's not lower is because of Gabriel. Gabriel was patient, attentive, and never rushed me into a decision. He took the time to understand my must-haves in a vehicle and made sure to only show me options that met my standards. He kept me updated on new arrivals, was upfront about costs, and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each vehicle. Unlike some salespeople, he genuinely wanted me to leave with a car I'd be happy with, rather than just making a sale. However, my experience with the dealership itself has been frustrating. I purchased my car in August 2024, and at the time of sale, I was promised that my chipped windshield and carpet would be repaired after closing. The windshield repair took multiple follow-ups, but it was eventually taken care of. The carpet, however, is still not fixed. Gabriel made multiple efforts to escalate the issue to management. About three months ago, I was asked to bring my car in for a local repair company to fix the flooring (the carpet is lifting and unstable when vacuuming). After leaving my car at the dealership for over three hours, I found out that the company couldn't fix it--but no one informed me. I had to call several times, and it wasn't until an hour before closing that I finally got an answer. The dealership manager promised to find another company to repair the carpet, but I never received a follow-up. After waiting two weeks, I called again and was told by a manager, "I haven't forgotten about you, but we haven't found a company to fix your carpet yet." That was 4-5 months ago, and I have yet to receive an update. The lack of follow-up and accountability from this dealership is extremely disappointing. Gabriel was fantastic, but the service after the sale has been frustrating. If you're considering purchasing from here, I'd highly recommend working with Gabriel, but be cautious about any post-sale promises from the dealership. read more

Enterprise is really the best place to get your car. All of the staff is great and genuinely want to get you in a vehicle. i like the approach there because they don't rush the parking lot like car salesman when you pull up. Jesse Willems was great help to me he tried everything until i was finally able to get the right car at the right price. Also there is a lady there whose name fails me at the moment who helped me to finalize everything and she was also honest and helpful. She even helped me with insurance! I would refer anyone to Enterprise if your looking for a reliable vehicle that has been well taken care of. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and i will definitely refer and come back again if im ever in the market for another car. read more

My experience at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet totally sucked and took up half of my morning showing me vehicles that had absolutely nothing to do with what I really wanted.
