I am 59 years old and a Type 2 Diabetic. I read that working out with Free Weights and building muscle would Help me manage my blood sugar. And I had no visible muscle. So, I visited Enterprise Fitness, meet with the owner John Howie. I joined and Eddie helped me set a routine. I have gained a Lot of Strength and feel great. I have Never had big biceps, muscular shoulders and back Ever. Until Now!! My blood sugar is Fantastic and I feel Great. I cannot wait until my next Diabetes Checkup in April! Great gym and better atmosphere!! I'm a 49 year old and had gotten up to 240 lbs. I signed up for Enterprise's biggest loser program and am so glad that I did. My only regret is that I didn't do it 15 years earlier. Working with John has been great! He gives you a personalized program that is tailored for you and very easy to follow! After 5+ years of my weight yo-yoing between 215 and 240 lbs, John showed me a much better way. I wish I had known 25 years ago what the folks at Enterprise have taught me. After 12 weeks in the program, I'm down 38 lbs and still going! More importantly, it is easy to follow and sustain. I definitely recommend giving this gym a chance, it could be the best thing you do for yourself. read more

This place is awesome. I love it and I hate the uppety people over at the damn aquatic center. I TRIED to go there years ago before the Enterprise was open 24 hours but they ruined it for me. They wouldn't even let me bring my own basketball despite all of theirs being almost totally deflated. IDIOTS! I also tried planet fitness but they have so many rules it's not even funny. A buddy of mine was told he had too much weight on the bars. Are you kidding me? This is a gym. Anyway, they are awesome. Atmosphere is awesome and the owner and his brother are two of the nicest guys you'll meet and yes, 24 hours a day. read more

Amazing place! All trainers willing to talk to you and give you tips, even if they are not specifically working with you. All staff is very nice. The place is always clean. We signed up about a month ago and we have been enjoying our membership. The only complaint I would have is with one of the front desk staff members. Thus far we've seen a young gentlemen, an older gentleman who seems to be a personal trainer, a lady named Karen, another shorter lady on the weekends and a different older lady during the weeks. The older lady that we must often seen during the week is the one whom I have a issue with. She isn't friendly, isn't welcoming and to be brutally honest, gives off the vibe that she just doesn't enjoy people. She doesn't greet you when you enter the gym, nor when you leave. She doesn't seem or want to acknowledge us. I'm not sure if it's only toward us or that's how she is in general. That's the only Con I have thus far with this gym. read more

For anyone who signs a contract with this place: Read your contract, it is for two years! You also have 72 hours to get out of it per North Carolina Law! This place is known for trying to scam people. Ask around before you commit and try before you buy. Don't let these people fast talk you and pressure you to sign like they did me. I guess I'm the first review....? Cool lol. It's 24 hours BESIDES Saturday at 6:30 - sunday till 1 pm for cleaning and such. Equipment is great, a bit older than most but honestly it has a better feel and is better to operate. There's no one billionth feature for a lat pull down. The machine is what it is for. I believe they have over 5000 lbs in weight, close to that im not sure. Deadlift platform, deadlift jacks, multiple squat racks and power cage, multiple benches, heavy DB, cables, free motion, This gym is great. Good crowd also no overbearing gym morons. Everybody is friendly I have conversations with people I don't even know, and I'm anti social lol read more
