They were clean and organized, took care of the repair and made sure everything was set back up and working correctly. He even offered some tips to help maximize our TVs life and some good advise about warranties. Very unsatisfied. First there is NO kind of direction at all. Total chaos. Then they expect the…read moreperson bringing them the aluminum to recycle, to tear open bags of aluminum cans, ECT, and pour them slowly into a metal container, so they can take their sweet slow ass time sorting through The cans. They pick through and remove aluminum foil, small aluminum cat food cans, sardine, and Vienna sausage cans. Hey S.A. recyclers that's aluminum too idiots. They are some of the most arrogant and disrespectful morons I've ever seen. I DO NOT recommend this recycle place to anyone. I have taken 6 contractor bags of aluminum cans to schnitzler in cols, several times and received $32-$35 each time. I took 7 full bags to S.A. recyclers and after all that bullcrap only received $24 for my aluminum . Listen good people...DO NOT take your recyclable materials to S.A they are ripping people off.

Update: The service with Martin has greatly improved. My mother has not had to call in over a…read moremonth. Her friend has also seen a great improvement in her service. They show up on their scheduled date and pick up (very quietly). Service is excellent, now. It would help if they would extend their customer service telephone hours. Older people are often not as savvy with with social media and text messaging. The service for our friend and neighbor has greatly improved. Kudos to them for the improvements!

I started my service April 2026. Almost a month after starting service & paying in advance I still…read moredid not have a can. Multiple calls & texts were met with a promise to get one out tomorrow or next week or asap. I eventually had to go pick one up myself. I have not received any bulk waste cards in the mail & after calling multiple times I'm told 'those were mailed out' or advised that I can go to the LaGrange location to pick up a card or that they don't have any more cards for June. They did email me a card last month but the attendant at the convenience center was reluctant to accept it saying 'I can let you pass this time but you are supposed to have an actual card'. Customer service representatives are dismissive, unhelpful and condescending. But, they certainly draft those monthly payments on time each month!
