If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM 901!!!! First, when I loved in I asked…read morebefore I signed the lease if water/garbage was covered in rent bec it was hard to understand. Lisa the mgr said yes(have it in email!) I signed once confirmed. It wasn't. Second, the day I moved in the bathroom ceiling was all water damaged- it wasn't when I viewed before signing. They never told me what I would be walking into! The contractors fixed it my first month in, but it damaged within a couple weeks again and even worse this time! I made a meeting with Lisa. She came over said she'd get back to me in a week. Never did! Sent her multiple emails, she didn't respond for months! Can't get the contractor to respond. Living with a damaged unit the entire 8 months I've been there. Has 901 offered anything? Of course not! I asked if I could end my lease early with no penalty bec of it...Lisa never responded! At this point, I'm just waiting til October when I can move out and get my deposit out. Thinking about talking to lawyers bec I'm afraid 901 is going to charge me for repairs that aren't mine. I've tried to take as many pics and cover myself as best as I can. I just want to get my deposit back and move the hell out!!!!

I rented from 901 Real Estate Services for a year and experienced ongoing maintenance issues that…read morewere never properly addressed. Several windows leaked repeatedly, which led to water damage on the walls and blinds. Towels placed around the windows would become soaked within minutes, and the humidity level in the unit stayed high enough that I had to purchase a dehumidifier to keep it under control. Despite multiple reports, 901 Real Estate Services was unable to effectively work with the HOA and the leaks were not fixed during my tenancy. Prospective renters and owners may want to keep this in mind before doing any business with 901 Real Estate Services.

He was to perform specific repairs and then act as a property manager for renting the house. I had to nag Hardin repeatedly to record the deed in our names which he eventually did, but he did nothing else that he was supposed to do. There is no evidence that he ever did any of the repairs he contracted to do and this dragged on for months. Nine months after the purchase, Hardin got a renter into the property who paid two months of rent and then stopped paying. After several more months Hardin indicated that the renter had been evicted and that he would again market the house for rental. After listening to numerous excuses over the next several months, we replaced Hardin with another property manager. It turns out that the tenant who was supposedly evicted several months earlier was still in the house! Hardin had not evicted the tenant, made the repairs he specifically contracted to do, or made any effort to market the property because to do so would have exposed his dishonesty. Needless to say we have spent a significant amount of money since to make the property rentable. We also heard from other buyers of some of his properties and they shared similar stories.

Do NOT rent from this agency. I wish I had looked at Yelp reviews before I ever rented from this…read moreplace, their Google reviews are flooded with decent reviews, likely due to the fact they hound you when signing the lease to write a review while in their presence, at least in my experience. Shady. This is the worst rental agency I have ever rented from. I was unfortunate to not be able to afford a deposit to move elsewhere, and was stuck in a dingy, disgusting, falling apart home that was ill taken care of prior to my move in. Everyone I ever spoke to in the office was BEYOND rude, unhelpful, and acted like my presence was a nuisance. Here is the worst part: they are withholding $300 from my security deposit for paint. The picture they showed me to justify this was a picture of a PIECE OF TAPE that was left on the wall. Absolute disgusting behavior. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

My experience with this property management team has been extremely disappointing. When I moved in,…read morethe dishwasher was already broken -- something I noted during my self-inspection. After requesting a repair, I was charged for the water supply line being off, even though it was clearly like that when I arrived. That charge should not fall on me. Once the water line was turned on, it caused a flood in my kitchen, which could've been avoided if proper maintenance had been done in the first place. Only after that did they agree to replace the dishwasher -- but even then, I was told a day, not a specific time, making it impossible to properly arrange time off to be present. On top of that, my door lock was damaged from the beginning. It's completely broken now and I can't even turn the lock -- a major safety concern. I've reported this issue multiple times and it's been over a month with no resolution. This level of neglect is unacceptable. As a tenant, I expect safe living conditions and timely repairs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. -Cora D.

The process to me has seemed seamless as they take care of everything for me as I live out of town. They keep me informed and I am so happy with the work they have done and look forward to working with them into the future! What a blessing they are to me!

**Review of Crye-Leike Real Estate Marion, AR office**…read more Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Marion Crye-Leike office. I listed three properties with this office in June 2026 under exclusive right-to-sell agreements. Because I live out of state, I specifically needed an agent to manage offers and closings on my behalf. In early July, my agent (Merrell Conlee) notified me by text that a written $80,000 offer had been received on one of the properties. She recommended a "highest and best" process, which I agreed to -- but she never mentioned that the offer carried an expiration date. That offer expired July 5, nearly two weeks before the July 18 highest-and-best deadline she herself recommended. The buyer subsequently resubmitted at $75,000, and the property closed at that reduced price. The original $80,000 written offer was never sent to me. I learned of its existence only through my agent's text messages -- I never saw the document itself. What troubled me most was the complete absence of advocacy from the agent hired to represent me. When the offer came back $5,000 lower, she offered no explanation for the drop and made no apparent effort to correct her own oversight -- no going back to the buyer's agent to acknowledge the undisclosed expiration and ask the buyer to resubmit at the original $80,000. As an out-of-state seller depending entirely on my agent, I was owed representation that protected my interests. I received none. I attempted to resolve this directly with Kristi Brawley, the managing broker of this office. She acknowledged that my agent had not provided me the offer, and her only resolution was a $1,000 reduction in commission -- which I did not accept, as it did not come close to covering the loss. I have since filed a complaint with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission naming both the agent and the managing broker as respondents. My advice to sellers: independently verify every offer's terms and expiration date in writing, and insist on receiving complete copies of all documents promptly -- even though Arkansas licensing rules already require agents to present every written offer to their client.
