I settled on Master Mechanic in Ajax because the customer service was incredibly professional, friendly and caring. We spent time over the phone going through all the suggested service options that my dealership insisted I needed, then we booked an appointment. The day of the appointment, I was greeted in the morning with a cheery smile from the front desk staff, they offered coffee and immediately took my car in for service. It turns out that I actually didn't need to go broke, I just needed an oil change. Waiting in their very clean and well lit waiting room, it was quiet and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. However I didn't stay there very long as my car was serviced and returned to me within 40 minutes. It turns out that the winning formula is friendly and speedy service backed by good costs.
