Fortunate that the staffs here at this Discount location is really nice and efficient. Even as a walk in "I want a car right now, I am pissed" customer, I was treated nicely and I got my temporary rental car by the time I promised so I can get to where I need to go! They even come and pick me up from my house. I would recommend this location if your own vehicle is in one of the "hundreds" of autobody shops in the area and you need an alternatively rides! However the owner came onto the location and was very accommodating, he made sure to match my price rate with CAA and create an identical reservation. The second issue was that there were no cars at the location, we were at, the owner personally drove me to another location, on Main st east in a very nice jeep. When we arrived they had found that they still needed to clean the freshly returned car before it could be rented to me. As a show of compassion he immediately upgraded me to the very same jeep he drove me in, at the matches rate originally quoted to me by CAA and apologized for the hassle. All in all, the owner, Steve, could have simply turned me away and referred me to another franchise, but instead he took it upon himself to create a path for me to rent this car, a random customer. These guys offer decent car and truck rentals at prices that are competitive across the GTA area…read more They have a decent selection of vehicles from economy cars, sedans, vans, trucks and larger moving trucks. The customer service representatives are fairly friendly and get you what you need quickly without hesitation. I got my moving truck rather fast and the paperwork did not take long to fill out. I did get a bit of leeway when I returned the truck at the end of the day and they weren't too strict about it coming back exactly on time. Everything went smooth and I would try these guys again.

The lady was very friendly and professional. No surprises on the bill. Everything on paper was what was confirmed online and over the phone. Quick service.
