I have always gotten a clean car, a recent year model, and with the domestic brands you even get satellite radio which is always a plus. They had one vehicle left and said they would save it for me and so I took a taxi to the rental shop and about 30-45 minutes later all the paper work was done and deposits were finished and the guy tells me if I do not sign the paper exactly as my signature on my license I will not get the vehicle so I said ok and proceeded to write my signature , the second I was done he said no that's not it and I was a little shocked that this was happening, He gave me a second chance and said the same thing this time rips the paper up and says this isn't you it's your brother. I was again shocked as I do not have a brother and thrown off guard for being accused of lying. Not once during any of this interaction was I rude or disrespectful but after all that I got really frustrated and to be honest I'm still Confused as to why they did that. After 7 hours of being stuck I finally managed to get home thanks to family but I just wanted to make sure I left this review and hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

All the workers here have extreme BO and curry smell. They will not lift a finger to help you and treat you with contempt, why? They do not do drop off, they overcharge and put on hidden fees, do not have full tanks of gas, keep their office unprofessional and full of trash. The parking lot is hard to find and they do not provide electronic receipts. This was a corporate rental so I needed a receipt for expense purposes. The guy even lied to me and told me an email had been sent and it would arrive shortly. When I asked him what email address it was sent to, he admitted he didn't have an email. They just want to tell you whatever just to get you out the door so they can scam the next customer. Is it possible to give zero stars? I'm Yelp elite and I'm not one to complain. I rarely give low ratings, look at my past reviews. I hope someone from Avis corporate reads this review? How can Avis have ghetto scammers represent them? When I mentioned it to the staff, they were apologetic and asked if anything they can do to make experience better (forgot the persons name).
