Very disappointed with the customer service at the Victorville Enterprise location. I waited over…read morean hour just to exchange a truck because it had mismatched bald tires. During that time, at least six different employees looked at the clipboard showing I was next in line. Each one set it back down, said they weren't handling exchanges, and walked away to the back office or outside without offering any help or letting another employee know I was waiting. When I was finally helped, I wasn't given any options for a replacement vehicle. The attitude I received felt like, "You get what you get." The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating, especially with so many employees on duty. I expected much better from Enterprise. This experience left me very disappointed, and I hope management addresses the lack of customer service and accountability at this location.

They picked me up and made me wait over an hour to be driven to LANCASTER to pick up another car. The car that awaited me was missing the drivers side rear view mirror, no air conditioning, no gas, and dents and scratched paint. The sales rep said he would give me a discount and a free day but charged me the same exact price on paper. He also noted on the paperwork that I'd get 40$ more back after the rental. When I returned the c ar the owner told me I was late getting back and that I owe for an extra day and that I get the minimum deposit back. The sales rep just stood there and said sorry!! Then 2 months later still have no title, no registration, find out they have had it over a month, never called and the reason they had it was because they put themselves down as lien holders when I paid cash in full.
