The last person's information was still in the vehicle, the vents were dusty. The customer service was terrible, I signed all my paperwork before even looking at the vehicle. Told if I didn't return it with a full tank of gas, I would be charged 10.00 a gallon for the gas they have to put in.

I had concerns because I was visiting from California and only carried A Cali Insurance policy & Cali License. As well as a Regular VISA debit card. Many other places I called had criteria I didn't meet coming in from out of state and they wanted a couple hundred dollars more for the rental. So I made the reservations and hoped for the best, when I arrived I was Greeted with a Friendly Hello, Paperwork that was Already prepared and keys to a new 2018 car =) I signed on the X and was ready to go in less than 5 minutes. I kept the car for 2 weeks it ran perfectly, and made my long road travels quite comfortable. The other person told her that he does not for care me and she replied that she really didn't care for me either. And I said "I'm sorry that you don't care for me" and then she hung up on me. She didn't realize that I was still on the phone. The whole time I have been using them, they have forgotten about me, forgot to put me down for pickup and sometimes would just never show up, because they forgot to put me in the system. They are not a good company. Some of the workers need to be fired.
