It seems that Enterprise is hiring non-English speaking clerks that are located outside the USA to save on costs. If is very frustrating to deal with their associates that are not fluent in English!! I had a reservation and showed up exactly on time. Clerk informed me that they had no car in my class available and I could take a lower class vehicle (that unfortunately I am too tall to sit in). I mentioned this is unusual and enterprise always offers a higher tier when your car class is unavailable. The clerk said I could first pay $20 more for another car, then $2 more. I objected that I have a reservation with a firm price already booked. The manager intervened and did find me another vehicle after I protested. But later on I realized the car was missing window wipers and had low tires. Not up to Enterprise standards. read more

The staff at the desk at the airport was talking smack about not having enough cars available while they were helping customers. When we got to the row to pick our car didn't work properly before we finally took the third car. I picked the prepaid gas option and it was over five dollars a gallon, which is ridiculous. We arrived at 10 PM and all we wanted was a smooth transition and a working vehicle from the jump and it took us 45 minutes to get out of the parking structure to find a car that worked properly and there was no one in the garage area to help. read more

AVOID!!! Poor service all around. They never have the car available that you reserve in advance. The cars are always dirty and not sanitary and they NEVER answer the phone. They try too have an excuse for everything when you come up there and the car you reserved is not available. Not great... I'm charged for hail damage because I happened to rent the car the night a storm passed through OVERNIGHT with hail and damaged the roof. If the cars on their lot get damaged, they pay; but if you have the rental, you pay. SMH PS. They kept my $300 deposit as well. read more

I have never had a worse experience renting a car. My traveling companion made the reservation and paid beforehand. But at the Atlanta Airport, we had to wait nearly 3 hours (no exaggeration!!) to get a car. There were about 150 people waiting on front of us and the line moved painfully slowly. There was no apology, no offer to provide an incentive, no explanation at all. When asked, they said they were short staffed. And if we wanted a car, we had to wait on the line. As a result of this experience, I will never rent a car from Avis, and I plan to tell everyone who is traveling through Atlanta about this bad example of customer service. The staff who were working were doing the best they could, but the system is clearly broken. There were a lot of unhappy customers that days and I'm sure that they've lost the future business of all of us read more

So we had a fiasco with another company so I called on friday nov 3rd and booked through enterprise and the lady on the phone guaranteed a car to me the next morning (sat nov 4th). We booked it, I had a confirmation, she says yes of course we have cars no problem. We had a 1.5 hour drive the next day that we had to go to. So I felt assured that I would have a vehicle. I was wrong, the next morning at 845 am, I get a call from them and they said, no we do not have a car for you. But if you want we can call if anything comes available. How do you show cars online, and no cars in your lot?!! read more

I have used Enterprise for 40 years and have not had any significant issue. I will never use them again. The morning after I rented the vehicle, coming out of the hotel, the vehicle would not open. The battery was dead. I was fortunate to have someone from the hotel take me to work. I called Enterprise and requested a replacement. I was told no replacement could be made until they picked up the vehicle. Just what exactly was I to do in the interim? Then they indicated I should go to the local branch and I would be provided a rental. I did so and when I got there, they advised me that no rental would be provided until the downed vehicle was picked up. So now I am sitting in the rental office with nowhere to go and no car. I broke down in tears. After waiting 30 minutes, they decided to give me a replacement. All they had was a minivan. Certainly not my first choice. When I returned the vehicle to Enterprise at Hartsfield Jackson airport in Atlanta, I expressed my displeasure with the experience and the gal who accepted the vehicle reduced my bill by 50%. When I received the email for payment reimbursement, it was not reduced at all. Rather than fighting any further with Enterprise, I paid it. That was far from the end of it. Enterprise began billing me for a different vehicle (Toyota Tacoma) with different rental dates within the first week. When I called them about it, Enterprise refused to listen to me and told me if I didn't like it to report it as fraud. Really? I did report it to the government fraud site and issued a complaint with the attorney general in my resident state. It was not until my husband called Enterprise and was able to have them listen enough to understand their error. Finally they dropped the matter. I have never, ever, had such an awful experience with a rental. What would you do? read more

I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get a car when I made reservations. Customer service sucks. If you call you'll be on the phone for about an hour. I left some items in the car there was very personal they never found them. They are terrible in Union City Georgia. I will never go there again I live 20 minutes away from there. I Stacey Ducksworth reserved a car at 1475 Carroll Dr. Atlanta, Ga Saturday 1, 2022. Reservation #164183681COUNT. I WAS REFUSED SERVICE FROM MR. DEMAR (SUPERVISOR). I had PROOF of valid Drivers license with required documents. I presented to him a W2 paper from social security dated April 2022. Electric bill current, leasing statement, doctor bills, Birth certificate,. He said the Award letter Dated April 2022 had to be current. I said this is a standard statement for the entire year. He couldn't take it. But it's the very same document iv presented other Enterprises. So, he pushed me aside and waited on a lease 2 other customers while I waited to show my other documents.10:45, at Enterprise 55mins already, I showed him my entire bank statement on my phone address and everything. He still wouldn't accept it . So I tried to go online this is social security to make me an account to log into my online social security which took me another 30 minutes.I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD A FAX, I COULD GET ANOTHER COPY OF MY W2. He said " HE'S NOT SURE IF ENTERPRISE HAD A FAX. Anyway after looking through my phone and passing all the documents that was necessary 1:00 came and he said we're closing. Because I got dropped off I didn't have a way back home, I asked him if there was lservices that would drop me off and he said no. Okay 120 came along and he said U GOT TO GO, , so he put me out and told me to go wait under the shade tree OUTSIDE TOTHE LEFT OF THE STORE. I went out the door to wait for my ride which took me him like 30 minutes to get to me and it was very cold the wind was blowing and I WASN'T feeling my best from the start. I've been a value client at Enterprise for over 10 years and more,. After this incident, After dealing with his attitude it actually made me never want to rent a car anymore . First of all, let me say I am a fan of the company. The auto rental business is a weird, fast-paced, and often thankless game. And I like Enterprise because their staff has always been very personal and friendly, sometimes on a first-name basis, and their rates have always been competitive. Plus, their business model seems to be a good one. The whole "We'll pick you up." thing helps the day go a little more seamlessly for me. And I appreciate that. Having said that, the folks at this location (let me give a special shout to Mark) are working VERY hard to get every need met. They have a lean staff, and a small inventory, but in the short amount of time I was physically at this location, they were nothing short of professional, looking after the company by looking after their guests. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. The manager Kelvin Wilson and his employee Nikia Pope at this location are reprehensible. I was supposed to be picked up at 2pm from my location less than 10 mins away. 7 months pregnant, on my way to a funeral, with luggage. There was never any written confirmation of the pickup which was already sketchy, as Enterprise is usually professional about those things. The female employee miscommunicated my pickup arrangement both with me and her manager, and ends up sending him at 1:45pm when I am still in a meeting. I tell her I cannot come outside until exactly 2pm and she says "ok call the branch when you are ready" and I say "I'll be ready at 2pm please just be here at that time" and she says again "Just call the branch." From 2pm to 2:15pm I attempted to call the branch 7 times - no answer. Finally I try redialing the number she called me from earlier, and get an answer on the FIRST ring (so I know they are available and just not answering the branch phone). Turns out it is her personal cell phone - that is an important detail for later. It is now 2:25pm and I tell her and her manager over the phone that this is "fucking unacceptable" and that I want to discuss it in person. Take a Lyft to the office, they are immediately rude, the girl LAUGHS at me and says "Well I called you and you weren't ready at 1:45 so it's your fault," and the manager Kelvin agrees and says it is my fault he was unable to be there at 2pm as we had agreed, AND that for calling his employee's personal cell phone (HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT PHONE SHE WAS USING TO CALL ME?) and using profanity, I had disrespected his employee and that he would not be giving me a rental car. He told me I could find another Enterprise location (the closest one is about 30 miles away). I kept my cool and silently exited the building, realizing these people were petty and bored and just wanted to have drama. Again: I'm preggo, with luggage, standing alone on the side of the road in downtown ATL, trying to get to a funeral and now an hour behind schedule with no transpo. I called their customer service center who kindly arranged for another car and apologized for the branch's behavior. They said they would investigate and follow up with me over email, but that has not happened. Enterprise should be ashamed of the callous unprofessionalism. read more

What a very professional and courteous staff here! The GPS location was nowhere near where they actually are (said they were near the ferris wheel when they were close to the Capitol) but AJ stayed on the phone guiding me in with a good sense of humor. They were very kind when I got there and the ride home I got was really enjoyable with ( I believe his name was Dimarco or something close ). He was professional and full of fun, positive energy. I regretted not having cash to tip him but hopefully this review will be seen by his manager and will praise him and appreciate having such a nice representative of the company working for him. We asked for a non smoking car; we got a smokers car. Started sneezing the moment I sat in it. No No Smoking signs in car, either. We walked back and they gave us the that's-what-got look. Gas tank was just over half full. We asked and they said that they noted it on the contract. True, but who rents cars with half tank? Why do I need to start looking for gas station shortly after renting a car?! They are not friendly. Not a smile. Polite, yes. But far from friendly. I was never a fan of Enterprise until I rented from this location. The prices are comparable with other companies but the service and location all play a major part in my choice to rent from this location. The staff at this location are the best. When they see me coming they rush to open the door and always address me by name. I always reserve for the weekend but end up extending the rental for a week and the staff here make it so easy to reach them and extend over the phone. They always looks for additional discounts to lower the cost of the rental and always put me in their newer vehicles. The folks at Georgia Dome Enterprise are the best! Friday eve, February 24, after a long day of travel the rental car that I was utilizing was towed while parked in Midtown ATL. The branch that I had rented from was already closed and I needed notification to retrieve the vehicle. My rental agreement was NOT enough proof. (Needless to say I will NOT give good reviews to that particular towing location:( After connecting with ERAC customer service via phone, I was put in contact with the TED TURNER DR location and spoke with Ms Courtney Lavender who literally went out of her way to assist in supplying the necessary electronic paperwork by connecting with her colleague/manager to secure permissions, verbiage, etc... She was thorough (getting details) polite, patient and even called me back to "check in" to see if the paperwork had gone through while I waited at the counter of towing company. There's more -- AFTER the towing company would not accept the first iteration of provided documentation (that the car could be released to me), she stayed PAST 5 p on Friday and continued to work with said towing company to secure the permission/notification document. I was blown away with this level of service for a vehicle that was not even rented from that location! I'm really impressed. Returned my holiday rental car with the people at Enterprise on Spring St 3 days ago. Normally I just expect the rental car experience to be kind of a hassle (especially during high traffic times like Christmas)...instead this was absolutely seamless. Here's my experience: I accidentally showed about 15 min before they opened up to their location to get the car I booked through Priceline. They opened their door to me as soon as they saw me even though they didn't have to. The transaction at the front desk was easy and fast. Then, the girl assisting me let me know that since they were low on cars due to high holiday demand, they were going to bump me up to a nicer car for free. The Buick sedan I ended up getting was surprisingly great. When I returned the car on 12/26, everyone was just just a courteous & efficient. Normally I shop for the best deals on rental cars regardless of the company. This experience has made me think enterprise is the way to go even if I could save a couple bucks elsewhere. I used this location after I was given the run around from another location. The staff was very and professional and friendly. They took their time with me even with other customers coming in and out. I originally wanted to rent for one week but, ended up keeping it for one month. I've rented from Enterprise almost exclusively over the last 10 years and this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had and if my insurance company was not paying for this rental this company would not be getting any business from me. Rude staff, rude presumptuous tone of voice, selectively delivered mediocre service to some while others in line were down right ignored. If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff spouted out random policies that could not be backed up in writing and were defensive when I asked a question. I'm not sure if all of the guys working there were miserable in their chosen profession or what, but they lacked any shred of customer service skills. Never again! read more
