I have had a rental from Auburn Enterprise since March 20th due to a car accident. Insurance has been a nightmare, my car is still not fixed, which is a nightmare, I rented a car and a few days later got a phone call that I had to bring the car back because somebody bought it. Why would you rent a car to someone if there's a possibility it could be bought. So I have had another rental from there since April 1. Everybody there has been kind until yesterday when I received a phone call from Devante. Devante is arrogant, rude, and has no empathy whatsoever. He talks over you and I myself working in customer service, can rate Devante's customer service at a big fat zero. He seemed threatening on the phone telling me I had to come in and make some sort of payment to get the balance down. ???? what? Who has time in life to stop in and make a payment for a rental car? Don't you just pay for it all upfront when you drop it off when you are done using it?! I've even explained to him that I knew there was a high balance because I'm fighting with the person who hit me from behind's insurance company to get reimbursed. I then tried explaining to him that advocates from the Auburn enterprise had called me three times last week to make sure I knew what the balance was at this time. He then started talking over me and said I I seem to have pissed you off. ????? first of all who swears while speaking to a customer and secondly I wasn't pissed off. I was trying to explain to him after he told me several times, He's the manager that I was aware of my balance because advocates from there had already called me. I'm glad he's proud of his status of being a manager, but to use it in a threatening way over and over again is not impressive whatsoever . He then told me that he keeps calling Lenda from Fuller's to talk about my personal insurance coverage. As long as I am paying, I don't see how any of that is his business and why he should be calling somewhere else and not me . I was warned about this place because of him, unfortunately, it was just convenient for me. Everybody else that I've dealt with in that building has been lovely. Devante needs to take some customer service classes. Also, I hate smoking, and my car smells like someone sat in it for years smoking. read more

I just wanted to update my review. I was very upset with everything when I left after my check/in. But after a couple days the service manager did reach out to me with a resolution. While I can't say my whole experience was positive, the fact that manager followed up and resolved the problem makes for a more reliable place to do business with. read more

Cole is the man! He was an absolute sweetheart, professional, knowledgeable and BONUS POINTS for letting me know they actually have another office in Worcester where they sell their vehicles. I wasn't intending on going that same day, but Steve, whom Cole referred me to, was just as polite when he called me! I happened to have a client who canceled so I went to Worcester to look at a couple of cars. Because of Coal I purchased a vehicle right on the spot! I only test drove one and it was absolutely perfect. As a former car dealer, myself, I knew that it Isn't the best to purchase fleet vehicles. But I'm so glad I did! Don't waste your time with this company. Horrible customer service. They lied about having no availability for compact vehicles and overcharged us for over 3 weeks. They make you wait for a refund and take their time with resolving issues. We had an overpriced vehicle with a slipping transmission. I would like to take a moment and tell you the story of " How Kyle and Dharma saved Christmas" As we all know the holidays can bring a lot of stress and anxiety . I had rented a car as mine was having repairs . I chose auburn enterprise because they have always gone above and beyond to take care of myself as well as my family . Today I was on my way to work 4 days before Christmas. I had slid on some snow and ice then ended up with two flat tires on the side of the road . I was distraught and was so nervous I was going to be stranded and not able to get through the holiday travel with my rental . I immediately called Kyle and explained what happened. Nervous about what costs and inconvenience this was going to cause for all of us . Kyle's first question was "are you alright ? Is everyone alright " Kyle as always took the time to convey empathy and get me to the right place " I was able to get the car towed to have the tires replaced . Next thing I make a call to let them know the car would be done the next day and I was already to be without a car for the day . However here comes Dharma to the rescue with a replacement vehicle cleaned full of gas and ready to get me on my way . This could have been a much worse experience but Kyle and Dharma were there and supportive and helpful throughout the entire process . Not once did I feel like I was an inconvience or a burden . This team needs to be recognized for all the do and continue to do to be there for people of our community. From my entire family to yours . Cole the manager at this location has a unique way of increasing his location earnings. Leave a customer's rental at the repair shop n play stupid. My experience here could not have been worse. I was rear ended & this was where my rental was sent. I have never needed a rental so I didn't know what to expect. The original vehicle they put me in had "just had the tires checked" so I could ignore the tire pressure light. It became so low that I knew I had to fill it with air - turns out there was a nail in the tire. I'm lucky it didn't blow out on the highway! The next car I received was pretty nice, except a coworker wondered why my new vehicle had some "interesting tires".... Good to know they thoroughly inspect a car when it comes back. The real kicker is my refundable $100 for holding the cars is being held hostage. They are now impossible to get on the phone, and customer service "cannot close out a transaction." It's been a month and I will now have to drive down in person to get my money back. Completely unacceptable - what a terrible business. read more

Enterprise in Auburn rented me a car with a broken windshield wiper (driver side if course) I addressed it to them and they did not have another vehicle available so they sent me home with it until they got another vehicle, or I could bring the car to midas and have the wiper fixed. I went home to wait on their call (not going to sit at a shop). Had to call them at 4:30 because I never got a call and they still did not have a car and said I could TRY back in the morning. And guess what, IT'S RAINING!!! So unprofessional and so not what I want to deal with after totaling my car in an accident. Not pleased at all with the Enterprise in Auburn, Ma. My personal vehicle wasn't fixed properly, so I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise Car Rental, Auburn, MA. With all that I had to go through with a vehicle break down, late for work, and more I received mediocre service. There were many Enterprise employees being trained so of course the service wasn't 100%. Long story short...the employee I dealt with didn't give me the full payment price until my card was in the machine and the sale approved. After questioning why the price was so high he told me there was a $250.00 holding fee. I asked him why he didn't tell me about the $250.00 ahead of time..he quickly apologized twice. Know everything yourself, do your research, and don't count on the employees to tell you all you need to know without questioning over and over. read more

The price for the weekend deal is sweet. However, I had a car that someone had a cigar/cigarette party in it with the windows closed for days! Enterprise did not Fabreze the upholstery or even put an air freshener in the car. Our clothes smelled so bad after riding in the car, we had to wash them. It was disgusting. They should make a non smoking policy in their vehicles. Hotels have had to do this. The habit of smoking can break a deal. If I had a choice when I picked up the vehicle, I would have refused it. We reserved a car for Monday morning. They were out of cars had to go Tuesday morning which messed up our plans. We had a 930 am reservation. Go there had to wait in line for about 35 mins. While walking around our rental it was never cleaned so the girl gave it a quick clean herself. We waited another 20 mins. Car was still filthy. So much for enterprise COVID-19 cleaning. read more
