The phone rang for 5 minutes so I took a break for a while and tried again. The phone rang for several minutes again and when someone finally answered, they asked if I could hold. I foolishly said sure and was then on hold for 15 minutes until I gave up because I had things to do. Called back two more times with the plan to say I can't hold I simply need to get some information and don't have all the time in the world, but the phone was left ringing both times for 5+ minutes with no answer.
