The varying degrees of incompetence that exists among the staff at this location makes you grateful they just deal in cars, because of they had real responsibilities people might die because of their stupidity. What started as a rough day at the enterprise quickly kicked into a quality ending thanks to Cory. In this case the company is at fault, a two star rating for them, but when Managers step up and problem solve, a five star rating is worth the write up and shout out. We reserved a larger vehicle weeks in advance. I should have called 2 days in advance and confirmed with a location member, that I was picking up a car. That would have told a team member to get and hold my vehicle for a faster turn around. MY BAD/NOT MY BAD! (For those who say I should not have to, I remind them everything during covid is not a promise.) BUT enter Cory, we get there and check in. The vehicle is not there, but something close to it is. He offers it, but it will not do. Trunk is too small. He hops on the phone, calls around and finds a replacement. Still won't fit our needs. Wow, impasse right, nope, he calls the garage, finds a truck which will be acceptable and has them give it an oil change asap. Within the half hour, we have a perfect vehicle, during Covid era, squeaky clean freshly updated and ready to roll. The five stars is for the compassion, the drive to not fail and his ability to troubleshoot on the fly. While I am angry at Enterprise, I will go back to Cory. But next time I will call two days ahead to ensure the vehicle is there! read more

Absolutely horrible. STAY FAR AWAY from this location. I went to pick up my rental and my reservation was cancelled without my notice because I wasn't there "within the hour". Even though I WAS within the hour and waited in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes. No call or nothing. Horrible customer service and the employees & manager are very incompetent. Just submitted a complaint to the corporate and regional offices and waiting for a response now. read more

This location is still a mess! Worst customer service ever!! I tried to give them another shot because i know people have bad days but oh no it's them for sure!!! The young lady i mention in my last review remembered me once she pulled my reservation up in the system and everything again went downhill smh She started my reservation and advised me there were 3 others in front of me cool so as i sat waiting because they were waiting for cars to be cleaned, returned and bought over from another location it started to get a little crowded cool now the waiting area is full others were standing outside waiting. We were advised they were waiting on cars to come in and be cleaned thanked us for out patience cool. One hour went by, two hours went by, three hours went by now I'm noticing folk that came in after me were being put in cars and I'm still waiting, huh how? So i ask "why are people that came after i did being put into cars and I'm still waiting?" Now i get a respond from whom suppose to be the "Manager" we were waiting for cars to come in, let me see if you were checked in! Wait what? I checked in when i got here 3 hours ago, you even spoke to the manager at Len Stoler and verified they were paying for my rental in full, what you mean I'm not checked in??? He proceeds to apparently check me in and i also stated the young lady checked me in and she continues to put others in cars, do walk around and even drop offs and pick ups so your saying she never checked me in?? Wow!! He apologizes and says your next. Well next was another hour away and another apology with a remark of "I also should've been out of here i have to pay extra for my kid in daycare because I'll be late picking up!!" Tf i could care less at this point 4 hours later and to top it off it is going on 2 weeks since this incident and they have yet to return my $100 deposit to my credit card and sent a voicemail saying everything was cleared and my money will be released when i call the store!! I've been renting from Enterprise for several weeks, and this has got to be my least favorite location to deal with. Every time I go there to either make a payment or switch vehicles, the lobby is completely empty, yet I'm still told "we will be right with you", and forced to wait for ridiculous amounts of time. For a location with the small amount of foot traffic that they have, you'd expect more personal service and attention, but this location falls far short. I've had to communicate with them by phone as well on several occasions and have unfortunately been treated with what I'd say is a sour attitude and tone of voice that was clearly annoyed and impatient. Matt, the manager, is a really great guy and the only reason I return here. Sadly the rest of his staff is a let down. read more

After a frustrating start that had nothing to do with this Enterprise location, I was treated with respect, professionalism and understanding by Assistant Manager Markus Clennon and Management Trainee Brittany Franks, who dealt with the problems created by others quickly and proactively. The gentlemen that pick myself and my 1 year old up in the morning was FANTASTIC. Very sociable and kind. The second gentlemen who I worked with was very rude and impatient with me. Yes it was Monday morning but no excuse for bad customer service. He took us to the rental car told me to put my daughter in the car with the car seat. He got in the car and turned the car on and then went on the inspect the car. When he went to open the door he realized he had locked the keys in the car along with my 1 year old. It was almost 90 degree out that morning. He was pulling on the car door to try to open it which obviously was NOT going to work. Of course my daughter was screaming and crying. I was in a panic and he told me well the car is on and so is the AC. He left and got someone inside to get a metal rod to open the door after about 10-15 minutes. Regardless to say it was not a good experience. Had it from 9am-6pm and had to put $10.00 in gas into it. read more
