Very poor experience. I would not return to this shop. I brought my vehicle in for service and, when I attempted to pick it up, it would not start. Prior to the service, I had not experienced this issue. After the work was completed, the vehicle appeared to have an anti-theft or security system problem that prevented it from starting. Because I needed to get my vehicle running, I contacted a locksmith for assistance. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when the locksmith arrived. The interaction between the shop owner, his wife, and the locksmith became confrontational. The locksmith completed the work needed to get the vehicle running, and afterward the shop owner threw money at him. During this process, I was subjected to yelling, profanity, and what I perceived as threatening behavior from the owner. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and customer service. I never demanded reimbursement, nor did I initially place blame on the shop. I simply wanted to understand what happened and get my vehicle operational. Instead of working toward a solution, the situation became unnecessarily hostile. Regardless of the mechanical issue itself, the way I was treated as a customer was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Nor would I ever support such a place. BEWARE - DISHONEST OWNER, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND EMPTY PROMISES! I came here because of the positive reviews--BIG MISTAKE. Either they're fake or negative ones are being filtered out. I brought in my imported 2000 Honda Legend (the Japanese version of the Acura RL) and explained this very clearly from my first call. I was told repeatedly they could handle it, no problem. They scheduled a home visit in early September, but the day of, no one showed up. I had to call them, only to be told last minute that a staff issue with ICE meant they weren't coming. Fine, things happen. I rescheduled and brought the car in myself a week later. They assured me they had the glass and I'd be "in and out." Six hours later, I was finally told they had the wrong part. It doesn't take six hours to figure that out--especially after I'd clearly explained it was a JDM model. The owner, Henry, apologized and claimed he'd "drive to Pittsburgh" to find the correct glass. I doubt he ever did. It became clear they were trying to cover for their mistake after damaging my original windshield even further. Eventually, they realized what I said from the start: a U.S. windshield doesn't fit a Japanese import. Henry said he'd work with my importer dealership and insurance to order the correct glass. He offered, unprompted, to pay $40 per day while the car sat in the shop and to cover my deductible--an offer he made multiple times in front of his receptionist. I even reminded him the glass could take a month to arrive, and he agreed. It then took them two full weeks just to pay the dealership so the order could be processed, despite insurance already being involved. The irony? The discontinued glass shipped from Japan faster than they could organize payment or paperwork. When the new windshield finally arrived, Henry said he'd personally drive to Richmond, VA to pick it up and have my car ready by 10/21. I confirmed this multiple times, took time off work, and paid for Uber to get there. When I arrived that morning, the car was not finished. Stickers were not remounted, the rearview mirror and sensors weren't reattached, and the interior was filthy--despite being told the car would be "covered the entire time." To top it off, when I calmly mentioned I'd be leaving an honest review, one of the employees told me I'd "ruined it for everyone" and that I "don't support small businesses." And that I'm ungrateful. This was said while he was holding a tool and talking over me-- all because he couldn't properly reinstall the mirror. Completely unprofessional and borderline hostile. Now Henry is backtracking on the $40-per-day commitment--a binding verbal agreement under Maryland law--and likely won't honor his promise to pay my deductible. Thankfully, all of my insurance calls are recorded, so this will be documented. This entire experience has been one long lesson in incompetence, dishonesty, and lack of accountability. From broken promises to wasted time and outright lies, this shop operates with zero integrity. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. Avoid this place entirely. I was in need of new window on my rear driver's side door of my 24 Chevy Blazer. I initially contacted Safelite because of course it's Safelite lol, but of course they wanted an arm and a leg. So, the next day I did some googling and stumbled upon Auto Glass One. I read the reviews and looked at the pictures and decided to reach out for a quote. I emailed and called (that's just me, lol) and talked to Henry and Freya (both super nice) and got a more REASONABLE quote. They told me they'll order the part and that the part will be in the next day (today Wednesday 4.15.16) around 11a. I told them awesome and see you tomorrow around 11a. The next day arrived and immediately Henry knew exactly who I was took my keys and about 30-35 minutes later my vehicle was done. Went outside to view it and you couldn't tell it's not the original glass that came with the vehicle, that's how much of a perfect match they did. AMAZING it was a quick process in and out in no time and not to mention their great prices on glass drove all the way from Columbia, not a issue when the owner is very nice and happy to help had a car previously that I got the windshield replaced a couple years back same thing AMAZING! I even asked about a dent on my car near the windshield trim I was going to fix he said oh man that's no problem come back we will remove the rubber trim and you can fix the dent and we will put it back no problem! The technicians were sympathetic and did everything possible could to get my window fixed as soon as possible. Henry, the technician, called to keep me updated on the time-frame of when my glass would arrive. The guy removed some rust spots and made my aftermarket cowl work again where it wasn't fitting quite right (I inherited this truck). Five stars aren't enough! Having my window smashed, bag and wallet stolen (big mistake on my part for leaving them in my car accidentally, but that's beside the point) and having my car completely trashed in the search for valuables, I really needed to have this good experience while handling the aftermath. They did a fantastic job, replacing my front passenger window in less than an hour, and they did it for roughly $100 less than the Safelite in-shop price. On top of that, it looks like they vacuumed the whole interior of my car, not just the glass, but everything, and cleaned my other windows inside and out. Finally, they neatly piled up what was left of my belongings, which were still scattered all over my car. I had not had time to worry about cleaning it since the theft took place.  Thank you for making an upsetting process feel a little easier. Amazing service from beginning to end. Monday morning I was driving and a rock pops off the highway and cracks my windshield. I was traveling out of town and wasn't planning on returning until the weekend. I called, received a quote, and was told they could meet me at my house Saturday morning for the fix. I ask if they could come between 9-930am. Come Saturday, I received a call at 845am informing me that they were on their way and were 30 minutes out. After the unfortunate experience of having one of my windows broken I ended up here for a replacement. Apparently the window for my vehicle was difficult to find a replacement for, so while it took longer than I would have liked to get the work done it was finally done. It literally took Henry minutes to reseal my windshield. Another time a stone hit my glass and chipped it, I called to inquire about replacing or fixing. Henry said come in and I did. Called these guys last Friday around 12PM and was given a quote to replace my wife's windshield. I was told that they had the windshield in stock and that they could come out same day within 4 hours to replace it. The guy on the phone told me that he needed to confirm the time with his installers and that he would call me back within 30 minutes. Not only did he not call me back, I tried calling and text messaging him for next 6 hours, no answer, no reply. I couldn't even leave a message because the voicemail isn't set up (real professional). I tried calling him multiple times on Saturday, again no answer. Finally got a hold of him on Monday and was told that apparently he didn't have the windshield in stock. When I asked why he didn't call me back to let me know on Friday, his response was "hey buddy, to be honest, I don't really work on Fridays so I actually was doing you a favor when I picked up the phone". I'm very disappointed in this service. I have been trying to get my windshield fixed for almost two weeks. At first they said we can't come cause it's raining and suggested that I find a dry place on my own to get my windshield fixed very unprofessional considering they're the ones providing the service. I give them another chance and reschedule the appointment. Firs they never tell you when they are going to call or come just the day. The tech this morning was VERY RUDE. They never called the day before to confirm or see if your going to be there or awake. He called at 730 in the Morining the day of didn't leave a message, sends a text and then never shows up. I call back they already canceled my apt. I work and don't get off until 1230 am. I'm not up at 730am. How am I supposed to know youre going to call at 730 am I don't cause they don't call the day before to confirm. You don't confirm an appointment at 730 in the morning on that day then cancel someone without talking to them first. t just cause they're not up and to be rude and hang up not cool.
