Henry, his 2 brothers and 1 other significant person and Dawn at the front desk, are top of the line HONEST, concerned, transparent with their work than any auto window repair and replacement business I have ever taken my 2004 Jaguar for work performed. I requested both front & back windows be replaced, but Henry et al told me that my rear window did not need to be replaced even though they had the window ordered and in stock. Henry et al wanted the work to be perfect, so they arranged to have me return to replace the front window side molding replaced for protection reasons. They are going to do whatever it takes to not replace my rear window with the defrost lines protected with copper as well as get the window heating elements functioning properly. Then Henry led me to other auto repair businesses to paint and also repair my car for future issues. I still feel humbled by my interactions with everyone there. I needed to have the windshield of my car replaced after a crack appeared. If you'd like to pay for a National brand company's advertising costs, feel free to pay more than twice as much, but Auto Glass One provided amazing value with a quality glass replacement at a MUCH lesser price. To boot, Henry, who took my call and was extremely attentive, applied NO-pressure to move forward and was a calming influence throughout the process, was extremely professional, courteous, efficient and gave me all the confidence I needed that the job would be done right and swiftly. Oh, and again, for less than half the cost, yes, they too will come to your location to do the job. In fact, someone was picking me up to go to an appointment and Henry arranged to get the job done at my home while I was away and allowed me to settle up with him later, paying by credit card over the phone! Henry got my attention early in the process of finding a shop to replace the windshield in my 4Runner by replying by email with a very reasonable quote. I scheduled an appointment and arranged for a tech to come to my home and do the work. I got an email early in the morning of the scheduled day letting me know that their glass supplier had delivered my windshield to their shop with a chip in the corner. Henry called me shortly after to tell me that the replacement glass wouldn't be delivered until after my scheduled time. I opted to drive up to Auto Glass One's location and have the work done there as Henry made it right by offering an additional discount for my trouble. This is hands-down the best auto glass repair shop in the entire state of Maryland. You will not find any cheaper price to get your glass installed and Henry does a fabulous and quick job with same-day appointments. I called in to get my windshield replaced and he fixed it for me as soon as I got to his shop. He is very cordial and pleasant to talk to. He gave me a fantastic deal just like he gives everyone else. I've talk to everybody about where to get my glass done on my vehicle and Henry is the guy to do It at Auto Glass One. His competitors quoted me $350 $290 $300 $240 $280 and so forth but Henry at Auto Glass One quoted me a very low price of $180. I have to give the highest praise for Henry at Auto Glass One. After finding my driver's side window completely shattered on a Wednesday evening, I called and made an appointment with Safelite via Geico who told me the earliest available appointment was Saturday. I quickly searched and found Auto Glass One who called me immediately after I requested a quote around 7pm and told me he could send someone to my home the next morning to fix the window. When the technician he sent brought the wrong window and told me I'd have to go to the shop, Henry personally fixed the window as soon as I arrived and wouldn't even let me pay for the repair - despite my protests - since I ended up having to bring the car in myself. I called and got a quote over the phone for $400 cheaper than competitors. I spoke with Henry, and this man was professional, courteous, and eager to help. He was well informed and ensured that his business could help me. He told me I could come in any time after 10 am the following day. Don't even look anywhere else to have your windshield replaced! My daughter's car was broken into over the weekend and being on the West Coast, I had no idea who to call. I decided to contact AAA, and as a member, found I could get a discounted rate through Safelite. They were still outrageously expensive and had no available appointments for the next few days. My next call was to Auto Glass One. Even though it was Sunday, Henry answered the phone, reassured me he would order the glass and install it by Monday. He did exactly that, not to mention charged me almost 1/2 of what Safelite quoted me. They had me at Hello.....I called to ask how much it would be for a new windshield for the make and model of car and was INSTANTLY given the price ( which happened to be the best of 4 places that I called).He didn't need my name, email address, or first crush. Exceptional 5-star service! While my husband was out of town on a business trip, I experienced a rock chip on I-95. I knew that he'd be upset about a coming home to a broken windshield on our new Audi A6. So I had to get it repaired as quickly as possible before it spread from a star burst into a full fledged crack.
