We reserved a larger vehicle weeks in advance. I should have called 2 days in advance and confirmed with a location member, that I was picking up a car. That would have told a team member to get and hold my vehicle for a faster turn around. MY BAD/NOT MY BAD! (For those who say I should not have to, I remind them everything during covid is not a promise.) BUT enter Cory, we get there and check in. The vehicle is not there, but something close to it is. He offers it, but it will not do. Trunk is too small. He hops on the phone, calls around and finds a replacement. Still won't fit our needs. Wow, impasse right, nope, he calls the garage, finds a truck which will be acceptable and has them give it an oil change asap. Within the half hour, we have a perfect vehicle, during Covid era, squeaky clean freshly updated and ready to roll. The five stars is for the compassion, the drive to not fail and his ability to troubleshoot on the fly. While I am angry at Enterprise, I will go back to Cory. But next time I will call two days ahead to ensure the vehicle is there!

Then when I asked why he would buy it retail with a mechanics discount and then charge me the dealer price (the highest price on the market) he says "because he has to pay his rent and mortgage". smh, crooks these days. It's hard enough to find a decent mechanic to do the labor but to find a good one who will not resale you parts he bought at a discounted retail price and marked up to the highest possible price is now the new concern.
