Check in went smooth at the counter after the online check in kept giving errors on the terms agreement. Step into the car that is on empty with 44 miles left until empty. I go back inside and mention this and she said yeah just bring it back with that amount of gas. That's absolutely not right I'm not riding around on E. They offered to go get some gas and I accepted so I waited and they come back with only 3/8 of a tank! What's with these people? read more

Called to make a reservation but had some questions about pickup which no one could seem to answer. I was transferred to a main reservations line where this receptionist was helpful and booked me for my reservation with pickup. After waiting 30 minutes on hold to be transferred back to the location to schedule my pickup I was told they 1) don't have the car type I reserved, and 2) don't do pickup on the weekends. This is extremely frustrating given the time spent making the reservation just to find out they could not honor what I had booked. When asking if there were any other options to accommodate me, they were not willing to upgrade the car type or do anything for the inconvenience. read more

Customer service was horrible. No one answers the phone when I went to the actual store and it's plenty of employees standing around not doing a thing. I called and reserved a car with them saying they will pick me up from my location and LIED and never came to pick me up but was quick to take my card and swipe for that security deposit. So I went in for a car and they didn't have any available. They told me I could take a truck and they would have a car for me by the end of the day. I called back before they closed that day, and no one picked up. I noticed the truck had a pamphlet in it from Enterprise that listed all the things they do to vehicles before customers receive them. One of them was key fobs get cleaned before every customer. I can assure everyone reading this, that key fob was not cleaned! It was so sticky and covered in gunk. It took me about a dozen alcohol pads to clean the key fob. The next day, after receiving the truck, I was told again that I would receive a car by the end of the day and they would deliver it to me. Of course, I didn't receive the car and they wouldn't pick up the phone. So the next day, I get told that on the next day I would receive a car. I called back and waited for about 30 minutes before hanging the phone up. No car was received. After this, I called back several times, and no one picked up. On the day I had to return the truck, I was in the parking lot and decided to call them before I walked to make sure it was my last day to keep the vehicle. It's surprising someone picked up! I asked the girl when my last day was, and she immediately disconnected the call! I walked right into the store, and the girl I was on the phone with wasn't there. The male working there picked up the phone and was more than likely acting like he was busy. He didn't say a word on the phone the entire time I was in there. I told the main girl that works there that someone just disconnected the call on me, and she said, "Oh, it was probably me."I was saying, hello, hello." This wasn't even the girl I was talking to. I could differentiate both of the girls' voices at this point. I told her I needed to return the car. She told me that I would receive a survey asking how my service was, and she asked me if I was going to be completely satisfied. I told her that every time I called, no one picked up the phone. She told me it was just them there and that they're too busy to pick up calls. I then asked her why I never received a car. She told me I was next on the list. After that, I walked out, and she asked if I was going to be completely satisfied. I told her I would think about it. She yelled, "No! No!" I think this review is well deserved. I was lied to, ignored, and didn't receive what I the service I wanted. They just don't care at this store. Every time I was there, not a single customer was there. If you don't like your job, quit.... and if your customer service is trash, maybe you should get a job where you don't have to deal with people!! Ok so my insurance covered my rental during repairs which was next door. So for 24 days I was suppose to receive coverage throughout those days enterprise had made contact checking in with me telling me what day was scheduled for return which was FRIDAY THE 23rd! I was told by both State Farm and enterprise well apparently it's whatever comes first the funds of coverage being exhausted or the date or return, cool understandable but enterprise being the only one to see the funds accumulated my insurance could not have known when that time was reached till they go to pay the invoice after the claim has closed out, so they call me on Thursday even tho on Wednesday they told me many times Friday telling me I had to return the vehicle that day and if I returned it Friday I would be responsible for out of pocket cost for it. So she basically admits I was told the wrong I for the manager after a long run around of her repeating uslesless info trying to lose me in the sorta but I kept up and reiterated back to her giving incorrect info, admits I was told wrong and literally tells me I'm still responsible for paying out of pocket costs for the rental even tho her employee told me wrong I was responsible to cover it! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! How could I of possibly known the finds exhausted earlier had they not confirmed that and instead told me wrong info continuously and said Friday then she tried blaming state farm again State Farm can only see the date of scheduled return not which funds accumulated to know if it has ran out before that. That's enterprise job, I'm waiting to hear back from a worker who is trying to help me out and not have me pay the full price for that out of pocket costs I don't remember her name but she is the most helpful girl there very small girl, she is the only one worth anything there the manager is no good and is terrible at executing communication between herself and customers and continued txtn me even after I told her I was at work and mind u I took that shift on Thursday to be off Friday for the return so had they not told me wrong I'd of Ben off Thursday and able to return the vehicle no problem because my vehicle was already finished next door and ready for pick up, I believe I should co tact higher up above the manager and make a complaint because I have all our conversations via txt which is bizarre her explanations as to how I'm possibly responsible for that last day coverage and the wrong Info was told to me I couldn't have possibly known anything unless they confirmed correct info to me. read more

Had a bad experience with the location on Garth Rd in 2016, so I used this location in November 2017 and again in March 2018. These guys are the best. I'll always recommend this location and Enterprise, over the other Enterprise on Garth. The N Main. location is convenient, the employees are always helpful, the manager greets you cheerfully, and the cars are clean. They gave me an upgrade when they couldn't find the car I needed for business. Sent my receipt directly to my email. Kudos to Enterprise! read more

After being helped politely by allstate and told I would have a car ready I get here after dropping off my vehicle and don't have a car ready and am left stranded for a ride. This place needs new management and as a new customer/user, it is not a place I will ever recommend anyone coming back to. They had no care that I was left stranded, did not offer a Uber. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with Enterprise. I have traveled and rented many cars with them for work and leisure. I have been on hold for a good 45+ minutes total today with little talk time. This is because the girl who answered the first time forgot to call me back. Simple questions I've asked regarding my reservation. My current talk time is nearing 20 minutes with 30 seconds of speaking to someone, the rest is hold time. This place is absolutely awesome, from great with customer service to honestly caring about the needs to the customer... Jayland called at 7:00am to confirm my pickup... Tho I wasn't ready due to my ID being expired he moved my reservation not only once but 2 times as well as called to make sure things were okay with my pick up and getting my ID from the DMV.. Steven Oh My goodness I don't no how to start.. If I could give this review a 100 I would because of Steven! This man was so helpful.. I'm going to make a long story short. From the start he greeted me upon my entry and was on getting me into my car and on the road.. He called Tuesday morning to make sure we were safe and everything was okay with the car and us being satisfied! Then to top it off we had a very rough trip and drove 34-40 hour's of a 48 hour trip, I'm pregnant and was told to be careful traveling. This was family emergency so I had to make the trip. So Tuesday night upon arriving home. We were beat and I was nervous about driving any farther due to being extremely restless and tired.. Rather safe then sorry in my eye's. So I sat my alarm clock for 6am to return the car before drop off time. Upon waking up at 3 in the afternoon. In a pannic I called Enterprise... Steven you are a blessing... Really THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT EMPLOYEE TO ENTERPRISE! Blessed and be blessed.. Steven was very understanding as well as waved a few things due to our situation. Not because I asked either Steven truly takes his job serious and is very caring with customer needs and working with people.. Mind you I had already mentioned doing the review upon pick up due to being such a great experience. This review has absolutely nothing to do with him crediting me for the situation I was in. I was absolutely proud to say I done business with Enterprise Monday when leaving for my family emergency. Him being so helpful Wensday just put the icing on the cake. Excellent place to go for a rental... Again if I could offer a 100 for this review I definitely would.
