If their company is anything like they are, then I'm convinced Woodys is an amazing company. I had the opportunity to sit and talk to the proprietors and they are two of the nicest most sincere people I've ever met. Jeff in sales was fantastic on the customer service side of things. (I am in sales so I am very critical of those that are all great before the sale and then they disappear after) Jason - one of the owners is superb to deal with with any issue after the sale The Crew at S2 has been fantastic to deal with and they put you first and keep you there after the sale. Teddy did not have to tell me that part of the problem was under warranty at the Honda dealership. Of course after going there and fixing the warranty problem they told me that the AC is not going to work because it had compressor problems. Teddy coach me what to say and what to do and lo and behold they called and said that was the wrong report that the AC was working! We got there the day of to pick up the rentals and he didn't have the car trailer and expected us to drive 2 hours away when it wasn't possible. We took the moving truck and loaded while he wasn't guaranteeing the he could get a trailer that day. I called and complained we got one but it was 5 hours later after we finished loading the truck. I had a full tank of gas but because we were moving we had no where to go!!! So, we had to sit in the parking lot for 5 hours with car running with A/C going because it was SC heat!!! We started on the road 5 hours later and with more than a 1/4 of the gas gone!! Because we didn't getnin the road until 5 pm we didn't get to our destination until midnight!!! Wehad to call after the thing was closed for complain and for compensation, which we did all we could get is 5-10% discount which is ridiculous!!! We called for taxi service last night to take us from Beach Colony Resort to the CCMF 2023, had 2…read morepassengers, and were quoted $25/person. When we questioned why the rate was so high, the rudest driver said, "I have a passenger van that seats 12!" OK, so you want 2 passengers to make up for filling your passenger van when you advertise as a taxi service? Taxi cabs are metered, especially in Myrtle Beach, so if you want to run a shuttle service, then you need to change your advertising. Right now, you are committing false advertising and then gouging people to fill your pockets. You came up as the 1st recommendation on Google - I would NEVER recommend you to ANYONE! Edited after reading owner's response: we DID call you. It's ironic how after every negative review on your company, your response is always something along the lines of: "that wasn't my company; you didn't call me;" etc. Face it: people are and will continue to call you out on your questionable business practices and don't be surprised when the City of Myrtle Beach gets involved.
