DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM ENTERPRISE UK, NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY IN ADVERTISING THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROBBED ME OF 100GBP.
I WROTE A LETTER TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE AND AS A STANDING TESTAMENT TO THEIR APATHY AND DISLIKE OF CUSTOMERS I RECEIVED NO WORD BACK, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER. BOYCOTT THEM.
In brief, the car rented developed flat tyre, no puncture was found so perhaps worn down over time, we were kept waiting for 7 HOURS for a replacement car, and when I arrived at the office for the replacement the service was terrible, he expected me to wait while he served customers coming in AFTER me as my issue was 'time consuming' when i demanded he tend to me first, it took all of 10 minutes.
Disgusting service. When i returned to bedford i was told that the flat tyre which was in no way my fault was to cost me my excess of 100gbp, Absolutely insane.
So the weeks rental ended up costing me 250 instead of 150 as planned. Should have just paid extra and gone with one of the bigger companies.
I wrote a complaint letter to head office which was ignored. As expected.
