The clerk,Chris informed me that I had to selected a mini-van for my reservation or pay an additional fee for another vehicle. When I protested. He stated that he didn't have any vehicles. He repeatedly said (seven tomes) that he didn't have to rent to me. . When he walked away. Another clerk of Enterprise set me "right-up" with another vehicle at no additional charge. Chris was attempting to manipulate me into paying additional fees. Further.he stated that I would have to wait a lengthy time before more vehicles were available. Terrible. Customer Service. I came to this rental place as they were a preferred spot for my insurance (State Farm). I had my rental car from Nov. 18th-Dec. 31st (a very long time) since my car is still in the shop & my new car didn't arrive sooner. I called often..probably too much (with questions and wanting to switch my rental car due to a chip in the windshield that grew over time) and Jordan and Keegan were VERY nice and helpful dealing with me. I appreciate your help and assistance during this last month. When I came into switch cars (and finally return my rental for good) I had the pleasure working with Kong (I really hope that is his name, as I don't quite remember) he was very nice, informative, answered all my questions and made the switching and returning process easy! He even went over all my billing line by line and gave me an estimate if I had to keep the car another 6 days. Great customer service, I appreciate it so much! There is a parking lot, but can get full depending on how busy they are (so be patient everyone) and the price was reasonable thanks to my insurance (I haven't rented in a few years, so of course the cost was higher than I expected, but makes sense with inflation and time passing by). I would highly recommend this location due to the staff and customer service. read more

After having my vehicle hit the other drivers insurance set me up with enterprise while my truck was being repaired. They initially told me I had a right to a comparable vehicle and they would contact the insurance comany to work on it. I even reminded them on 2 other occasions prior to the rental day only to receive a phone call 10 mins before I was supposed to be picked up saying They couldn't upgrade me but I could call if I wanted. Needless to say I had to go to work but had they told me this a week before when I asked them to call I would have. Then they show up with the rental car which was dirty and had sticky stuff on the steering wheel and consul. Upon returning I forgot my iPad in the backseat, I called first thing next morning and guess what... it was never found. I spoke with the managers and the district manager who told me they double checked the car and their lost and found but swear they never saw it. I will NEVER rent from them again and encourage you to either. A month later and multiple attempts to follow up with enterprise after there comment request below and still have not spoke to anyone! I've been going to the same location for a few years and have not had any problems. Last your I went on a trip to Colorado for a week and absolutely loved it. Luckily we reserved the minivan 6 months earlier and saved almost $1000. I rented a car for 1 day at the end of February and again at the end of May. The cost went up from $93 to $144. Yikes! Be careful. They said cars have no smoking and Covid clean. Not true. The car I have as a loaner today has had a consistent smoker in it and not cleaned at all for COVID. I drove to work and home only and have a terrible headache and my hair smell like smoke! GROSS. Plus when my husband came home (I rolled the windows down hoping to get fresh air in there before going I work tomorrow) and he walked in saying "wow they should not have that car for a loaner" and the garage smells like smoke. I will be calling tomorrow to get a new car if my car is not ready. read more

The staff were all really nice. They offer rides when you drop off your rental and had a great promo which allowed me to bring the car back on E and not incur any additional charges. The tank got me from Brooklyn Park to Crosslake and back, plus a bunch of driving around to run errands when I got back into town, so it was totally worth it. Each of the employees I have dealt with at this facility was courteous and very friendly whenever I have rented from them. They have been so very accommodating and it has meant a lot to me as I have been traveling back and forth between MA and MN for the past 24 months to deal with my parents' estate and closing same. No matter what has transpired, they have been there for me, helping me no matter what the circumstances have been. So I've rented several cars from this enterprise always had minor issues but the last rental was 5 days at 34$ per day $18.99 Insurance per day plus tax. They charged me 2 desperate 200$ deposits plus rental which they say was a total of 715$ that I was charged...they give me a 39$ refund...I call the manager directly which explains how I know this company and rent from them I go in kissed because no one can explain how I was charged 700$ for 5 day rental that should have been under 300$... he tells me to get the f out his office and argues with me refuses to explain the charges and called the police to have me removed and defamed my character saying I probably smoked the car out and I don't even smoke or use drufs...Come to find out there mistake charges and I still have not received a refund of any of the 400$ in deposits in addition not 1 apology .... I am suing for defamation of character and my money back. NOT 1 APOLOGY SINCERLY A NEVER AGAIN CUSTOMER ! And the 1 star was mandatory ...I have made a complaint with corporate Bbb and attorney General as well as my bank ... read more

Joined Yelp to give enterprise rental car a zero star rating but this is as low as I can get it!! Booked my rental over the phone and asked the lady twice if this is the closest location to the address of my hotel, after receiving instructions to come pickup my car 1 mile away we called a taxi!! Taxi picks us up drops us at the enterprise rental and leaves as instructed because I was only off the phone fifteen min tops!! The guy behind the desk says "yea looks liked you booked that at the spring lake site" proceeds to tell me it'll be six to seven hours but he'll get me in a car!! Now they'll drop you off a car in forty min but if you're there they say gosh I'm not sure what you want me to do there's a hertz up the street if you need it sooner than six hours!! He even managed to get the words uber out of his mouth like he was helping!! LAST EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE EVER!!!!! I will walk across the US before I rent anything from you!! I've had bad customer service in my life but this was deplorable and the only time I have ever left bad feedback!! Shame on you enterprise!! read more
