I talked to Enterprise 4 times about a rental car while my truck was being repaired. I was repeatedly told they where just around the corner from the repair shop and they would pick me up from the shop (they are 3 minutes away from the repair shop). I called at 3 pm and said I was on my way to the repair shop. I was told someone would meet me at the shop. 27 minutes later my ride showed up. The driver said he had just returned to the store when he was told to pick me up. I told Victor I was not happy I had to wait so long after all my conversations. He rudely denied the time I called and then dismissed any further discussion on the issue. I think Victor was rude and immature on how he chose not to apologize or even discuss my concern. I did not have any issues with Paul who I spoke to a few times. If you don't mind waiting an unreasonable time (not uncommon according to the repair shop) and dealing with a snooty young adult, then this is the place for you. *** @Lisa I reached out twice and no one from management has gotten back to me*** I booked a rental car through Costco, which I've done for years without ever having an issue. When I showed up to pick up my car, I was told they had no cars and that the price on my confirmation email was wrong. They said I owed more than $500 extra. The employee kept saying my confirmation email "didn't look right," even though it was the exact same Costco confirmation email I've received for every other rental. They acted like the rate I booked was impossible and would not honor the reservation. The manager, Jeremy, was completely unhelpful. Instead of listening, he kept trying cto orrect me, and insisting I was wrong. At the same time, the employee standing behind him kept making side comments. After wasting almost a good thrity minutes getting nowhere, I left without a car and had to call an Uber. Total waste of time and money. Located in the rental car center (RCC), a giant complex with two (maybe 3?) floors of car rental agencies attached to two big garages. Pretty straightforward, quick and simple to get the car - walk up to the kiosk with my reservation info, scan my license and credit card, and a bazillion times to upsell different things later, get the sheet printed and walk to the garage. Or you can wait in line to talk to a person. At the garage, a quick check of paperwork and directed to get any car in the first row, keys already inside - nice and simple. Exit review took longer b/c guy in front was slow, but straightforward with ID, credit card, and sheet. Photos of the car. And then coming back, no fancy scans that try to ding you for every little issue that you wouldn't know about like at Hertz, instead, just a nice and simple eye review, sweep to make sure you didn't miss anything, and then back to the terminal (not the same building, take the air train). read more

The kiosk at Hartsfield-Jackson airport in Atlanta was a bit of hassle for checking in, but there was a gentleman there to assist with the process. There were plenty of vehicles to choose from and the outsides were clean. My only complaint is that the inside of the vehicle was not wiped down, there was stuck on stuff all over the surfaces, but nothing my disinfectant wipes didn't take care of. WARNING TO ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS - ATLANTA AIRPORT LOCATION Very disappointing experience with Enterprise at the Atlanta Airport location today. Less than 3 minutes after returning my rental, I realized I accidentally left my Nike sneakers in the trunk. I immediately went back and asked multiple return employees if they could simply radio the cleaning crew or locate the vehicle since it had just left the return lane. Instead of helping, I was repeatedly told "it's policy" and sent to Lost & Found in another building. By the time I got there, waited nearly 40 minutes with little communication, and finally received an update, I was told "no sneakers were found." What frustrates me most is that this entire situation felt completely preventable. Had an employee simply contacted the cleaning team immediately when I first asked, I truly believe my property could have been recovered within minutes. The lack of urgency, empathy, communication, and accountability was extremely disappointing. I left feeling ignored and frustrated as a paying customer, especially after my property disappeared while under Enterprise's control immediately after drop-off. At minimum, I believe Enterprise should do something for the value of my lost property and properly address how poorly this situation was handled. Please double and triple check your vehicle before leaving this location because once you walk away, do not expect much urgency in helping recover your belongings. read more

Lady at the front asked me if I have a reservation to which I replied no. She then told me that they're sold out for the night because of the World Cup. I asked what do you mean for the night? She just said World Cup back to me. And then I asked, will you have more in the morning...to which she replied maybe but we're sold out for tonight. I left for two seconds, made a reservation online and then came back. She then helped me, but didn't credit my business account because I left my badge in storage which is why I'm on this trip in the first place to grab all of my belongings. Traveling from NYC for a vacation to Lawrenceville Ga, let's just saw at the end of the day, it was purrrrrfect. After leaving my house at 12:30 I finally touched down safely in Atlanta Hartsfield airport at 10:47 pm. I tell you, Murphy's Law was in full affect. Long story short, bumped from one flight, people jumping in front of me several times, made the second flight but placed in the middle of the plan and all the way by the window. With my disability it was rough, planes were grounded in ATL because of the storms. Reaching ATL, no wheel chair assistance showed up, I had to stop someone and get assistance because I began to be in pain, the train was not working so we walk a marathon, I had to search for my bag, and I was stressed. I made quick reservation at home to pick up at 5:30pm in ATL. I had to call to modify the time for 9:30pm. During flight I was worried that Enterprise would charge my card and book my as a no show. When I arrived at the Enterprise check in, everything good better, the sun was shining @ 11:39 pm. It was a breeze, the check in representative greeted me and welcome me to ATL, asked if I had reservations and did I check in, asked for my credentials within 2 minutes I was sent to the pick up destination. I reached the pick up destination and the young lady did the same as the first but she walked towards me as she saw me struggling with my cane and luggage. She asked for my credentials and told me to go to aisle 5 and pick any car. I was shocked and bewildered and I said HUH? She repeated and concluded with "pick any luxury car". Mouth wide open, eyes bucked wide, started cheesing, like Brie cheese. I was like a kid in a Candy Shop. I got an Audi Q7. I'm in wonderland. I'm so used to renting a car and not getting the car they advertised. I was ready to be disappointed like I am with A*** rental. And this Enterprise trumps all 4 NY location that I rented from. TRUST ME. AND!!! They gave me an affordable rate, semi clean car, and, fast and friendly service. The motto is true. It's in the picture!!! Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the company we rented with when we traveled to Georgia and Tennessee. Got lucky with regards to wait time because there was only three customers ahead of us, and two employees helping at the counter that morning. By the time we finished, there were about a dozen folks in line. Did it take awhile to be helped? The employee spent about 10 minutes assisting us. We just happened to beat the others to the line! The employee who assisted us was not very friendly. A smile goes a long way folks when it comes to customer service. Oh well. At least all the paperwork and billing eventually came out correctly. We were told to go to a certain section where we could select which vehicle wanted among the ones parked in that area. We were all happy with the vehicle we picked for our trip around Georgia and Tennessee. It was clean, and there were no issues with it all. Even got good gas mileage. I was recently stranded at Atlanta Airport this past Friday night, 3/6, after my flight had been cancelled. I had to make it to my family in Alabama that night so I showed up at Enterprise, at 10:45pm, with no reservation, hoping they could do something for me. I met Gordon at the front desk who greeted me with a smile and a fabulous attitude considering it was probably the end of his long work day. He reassured me they were able to help, he swiftly arranged for me to rent a car specific to my needs, and had my paperwork ready and signed in less than 10 minutes. Five minutes later I was in a beautiful, clean car, with a full tank of gas on the road headed to my family. The entire experience was so pleasant, easy & seamless, it truly turned my night around and saved my trip. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will never lease from this company again. Over the past month and a half, I have spent well over $3,000 with this business. Since December 26, 2025, I have made weekly payments consistently--each time only after being contacted by an associate from the office letting me know it was time to extend. I have never ignored a payment, avoided communication, or failed to act in good faith. Despite this, I received a call from the General Manager, Brandon Sewell, who spoke to me in an incredibly disrespectful and condescending manner, as if I had intentionally avoided payment. I received no prior phone call, voicemail, email, or notice that a payment was due before that call. I am a business owner running two businesses and simply needed a temporary vehicle while my personal car is being repaired. At no point did I deserve to be berated or spoken to as if I had done something wrong--especially as a repeat, paying customer. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. One phone call completely destroyed what had otherwise been a loyal customer relationship. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to consider how customers are treated when there is a misunderstanding--especially one caused by their own lack of communication. This was my first time spending more than a day in Atlanta and I knew I would not be able to leave without trying soul food. Thurston was the first person I meaningfully interacted with upon landing at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport close to midnight due to flight delays. I received a very warm welcome and was delighted by the excellent customer service and just the right amount of conversation; Thurston was cognizant of the line and expertly managed the entire rental car process as the kiosks were unavailable. After the initial process was completed, I was greeted by the lot attendant and escorted towards an attractive Audi. Wrong National: I'm up there in the highest tiers with the Emerald club and just walk out to get my car- so I went to do just that and apparently - no such thing is available with Enterprise, as the useless dude at the counter neglected to tell me when I asked where the lot was... Off to the lot - people working there ask for my check-in? huh? "No, we don't have that President circle here - let me check it for you - nope, back to the front desk"... me: why can't you do it here, since you know, you are on the computer... nope - I have to go back to the front desk... show ID, give a credit card, go back to lot, get car, go to checkout booth and have to show ID and credit card AGAIN. I mentioned that like, I just did that to get the car, and person in booth could not care less... Big giant NOPE - not using Enterprise again and will take steps to see that it is not available as an option for my company car rental choices.. because I am the guy that gets to choose our suppliers.... sorry Enterprise, you just suck. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience here that I urge all military families to look elsewhere. We were flying from Las Vegas to attend a family member's AIT, and we got delayed 5 hours in LA. I reached out multiple times to inform them of time changes, I've even been reaching out as far as 2 weeks before my trip to make sure there are no surprises. I confirm my rental before I hop on the plane from LA, just to get there and be told "Sold out. Even if you have reservations, we're sold out. Go somewhere else." These 2 idiots that worked the counter that night of November 4 going into midnight, needs to be retrained on customer service. Didn't even look at us or talk to us properly, they just saw us walking towards the counter and said that out loud. Had I not been tired, especially because we had to drive 2 hours to base, I would've caused a scene because that was NOT ok. Nor was I ever informed that it would be sold out, and that my reservation I made with my membership didn't matter . Hit plan b FAST on Friday night. Enterprise really came through for me instantly. My flight landed and my original car rental booking said they had no cars and wouldn't for 6 hours. Ummmm excuse me!!?! I was put in a real bind and was driving to Columbus from ATL and had no time to waste. Enter Enterprise kiosk... had a rental car in about 2minutes. Didn't have to deal with anyone really, rented right from the kiosk. Picked a car and was on my way. Renting a car for $460 vs $180 my reserved in advance rental wasn't cool but in the end Enterprise had cars and came through to save my ass. I am so grateful for them. This is the WORST experience that I've ever had with enterprise. I rent with enterprise exclusively, spending over $1K a month with my business. Saying that because I know how enterprise works and operates. The Atlanta airport front counter staff needs extensive training or they need to be replaced period. I flew into ATL on Thurs July 10th. Had a reservation (made weeks in advance). Upon arrival to the rental center and enterprise counter, I made my way to the Enterprise Plus line (as a platinum plus member) and dealt with the RUDEST MT that I've ever encountered. This young "lady" (small stature, long dreads, didn't want to be at work) barely greeted me. After giving her my ID and payment info she asked for my return flight info which I provided her with via the delta app. She then informed me that the app wouldn't be sufficient and she needed to see the emailed itinerary (completely OPPOSITE the policy). I asked her to give me a moment because I'd booked the flight months ago and needed to find the email. She then got up from her desk, said she was getting the "manager" i asked if something was wrong with the reservation and she replied "no, its your words". I had NO idea what she was talking about, the employee next to her (Ms Yvette) also had NO idea what she was talking about. When the front desk "manager" Jessica came over she was less than pleasant and even less professional if thats possible. I asked her what the issue was and she accused me of cursing at her employee. I was flabbergasted. I didn't curse, wasn't upset, didn't have a problem at all. The employee couldn't tell me what i said. Jessica pulled me to the side and informed me that they wouldn't rent to me and I could "find another city branch" this was HIGHLY unacceptable. I asked to speak to her manager which she refused. After about 5mins of back and forth, the former employee LAUGHING at me, and me standing my ground, Jessica finally got her manager (after telling me nothing would change and she didn't care what i had to say about it). Her manager Steve came over, i explained the situation, reiterating that I had no idea where the confusion began. Steve then pulled Ms Yvette (the other employee who witnessed the non encounter) and asked her what happened. Ms Yvette confirmed that I hadn't done anything wrong, no foul language, not even an attitude. Steve then had to write me a NEW contract because this ridiculous excuse of an employee voided my contract. He had Ms Yvette take care of me so thank you to them. Other than that I'm disgusted. That's literally never happened. Flight landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, what can you do. I rent cars very often and always expect it, but this particular experience was extra unpleasant. I get it, it's early (6:45 am) but that shouldn't matter since you choose to work that shift. Be more friendly. It takes almost no extra effort! I do it in my job every time. It makes a huge difference. I know this person could do it, because he joked around with arriving co-workers and gave them more attention then me. Do better. On May 23, I was scheduled to pick up a 7 passenger minivan from the McDonough location, which I had reserved 3 weeks in advance. On the day of the reservation, I went online to elect to participate in roadside assistance when I noticed that my reservation had been canceled without any notification. I immediately contacted the local branch and was advised that no vehicles were available and that they were unable to accommodate my reservation. This situation is both unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers should not suffer due to Enterprise's lack of inventory management or communication failures. I had planned my travel around this reservation, and the cancellation caused significant inconvenience. I attempted to book with a competitor and received an honest message indicating that no vehicles were available. Meanwhile, Enterprise continued to show availability on its website for the same date and vehicle type. Why are customers allowed to book vehicles that you are fully aware are not available? To add to my frustration, I reached out to Enterprise Corporate Unfortunately, BB was unprofessional and not helpful at all, instead of listening to my concern she would interrupt and over talk me. I would give this Enterprise 0 stars if I could. We booked a car over a month in advance of our trip to Atlanta. We were staying about an hour and a half outside the city, so a car was a necessity. The booking price was affordable and we've used enterprise in the past. We called the day of the trip to confirm our rental and the hours since our flight got in late. We were told we were all set and they'd see us at 10. Except we got to the counter at 10 and we were told there were no cars. They said they'd oversold. They tried to blame the hurricane in Florida but then another person flat out said that wasn't the case and it's been an ongoing problem. They made no effort to try and help us find another car and just shrugged. This seems like it was an issue earlier in the day and had they just told us the situation when we called we could have found another arrangement or had the hotel send a car, but we were assured all was well. We ended up begging Hertz to give us a car but had to pay $800 more. Absolute nightmare. read more

I am disabled and I had dealings with all of the staff at one point or another and they were all good at their jobs and they were caring about my condition and helped me above and beyond. Once you actually make it to the rental, you have to take 2 trains, and if you have pre checked in the process is fast. You go to the lane of cars in the class you rented, and pick any car there. On the road in less than 5 minutes. Returning the car was easy as well. TC was the employee that helped us out. He was kind, knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that everything with the rental process was up to par. I had read the horror stories of the other rental companies in Atlanta which is why I booked with Enterprise. Because of TC and the airport experience I will rent with them again when I come back next month. We had a few issues at another location on the way but the Airport location is top notch! read more

Why one star when the representatives seemed very helpful: Many reasons: One: Before I left I indicated to the individual in the garage that I forgot to get the fuel option. She said she would do that. She did not. Two: I tried to call the Atlanta airport desk to fix. No way to get through. After a long time on the service number I was told they would contact the Atlanta airport Enterprise and they would contact me. They did not. Three: I went in to an Enterprise office in Macon, GA. They did not help at all. They could not contact the Atlanta airport office, they could not give me a number to call for that office, I asked they contact their division manager or equivalent and they said no and that I should call the general number. What kind of service is that!!! Four: I fixed the problem by registering with Enterprise website on line. Five: In driving we needed to look something up in the car manual. No manual in the glove compartment. We were told at the Enterprise dealer in Macon that it might be in the spare tire well. Yes, it was there. Thank you for not telling me that when I took the car!! It's June 30 2025 We made a reservation yesterday June 29 2025 to be picked up for today atv1:30pm for the 138 Conyers location from home we received our registration and conformation number, today no one came at 1:30 pm we called and they didn't enter the pickup in the system so we did it again for 5pm the same day AGAIN no one came I have a extremely important meeting to get to we called again and kept getting the run around from everyone we called and STILL no one came to get us after getting a quote and pick up time TWICE we were stood up with no pick up and now facing missing the meeting that can lead to financial loss this is the worst experience ever we are rewards members who are being ignored and treated like we're nobody I do NOT recommend anyone using Enterprise they act like they do not care about the customer.
